Kenneth had an appreciation for the finer things in life. A well-tailored suit. A bottle of fine whiskey or wine. A custom-made car. An exclusive tour.
So, when he had reached a certain point in his life, he took a long, hard look at himself and wondered if he met the same standard he applied to everything else. It was, to put it mildly, a bit eye-opening for him. While he had been very successful, he that was the only area he would consider him 'finer'. His health was fair, not amazing but also not poor, his body was not in the shape he would have liked it in, and despite his "appreciation" he doubted that how he was viewed would be appreciated in kind.
He pondered this for a while and in the end it would be fate that intervened, not his own will to change. To this day he was still not entirely sure what happened, only that one moment everything was fine and the next he was in great pain on the floor of the executive part of the parking garage, and the moment after that he was waking up in a recovery room a week later with his head attached to the body of an attractive woman. Beyond that it was experimental he knew little else about it.
As he recovered, and as he pondered what he he been pondering before all of this, he made a decision. He sold his stock, sold his luxury condo, sold his custom luxury car, and invested it all in an art gallery that promoted up-and-coming artists. The point wasn't money, it was about getting talented people out of there.
Now here he was six months later, the gallery up and running and doing surprisingly well for itself. He had to smile. So, all it took was a new body to make him really appreciate things? He had no real answer to that, but he was glad it happened. He had never felt better or more appreciative in his life than he did now.
