Jack daintily sat down, partly out of respect for his new body but also because he was very much unused to managing a dress and wearing high heels. Once he was seated, he looked down at his feminine hands, both of them clutching the purse.

"Okay, let's see who this is." He said. He opened the purse, not caring one bit about her privacy. He had her body below his neck and it wasn't voluntary for him and likely not for her either. Privacy be damned.

He looked first at her wallet and got her driver's license out. Amy Thompson, just twenty-eight, he saw. He saw her address, luckily not too far from here.

He wondered if she was there. Maybe he should look up her phone number... come on now, Jack, who did you know that still had a listed number?

He looked more in her purse, finding her work ID (some medical company) and much of stuff you find in many women's purses. He couldn't help but feel like he was missing something, that the purse felt too heavy still. He laughed when he saw the pocket on the side and there was a small flip phone, very basic, he guessed either a burner or one for emergencies.

As he got it out, it started to ring. He immediately answered it.

"Hello?" A woman's voice said. "Who is this?"

"Is this Amy?" He asked.

"Yes! You're the one who has my body!" She said, sounding relieved. "Wait, no offense, but you sound a bit old."

He wanted to take offense to that (despite that he was, in fact, old, he admitted to himself) but also she seemed confused by that. Plus, she seemed calm. Much more calm than he would have expected.

"I'm eighty-one." He said. "And yes, I have your body. You, however, I am guessing by that that you do not have the body of a man that age."

"Oh god." She said. "Look, I need to go. I don't, I don't know. Uh, so, you have my address, there's a key to my apartment in there, take any clothes you want. As for me, I need to go, bye!"

She ended the call immediately. Jack put the phone down, shrugged, and stood up, careful with the heels. How is it, he thought, that the call he just had gave him many more questions than answers?
