He had just been trying to shave a minute off of his arrival time. Wade had been trying to get to his date early. He wanted plenty of time to check the restaurant out, see how the area was. He hadn't been in this part of the city much and was unfamiliar with it. He figured if he arrived early, it would help him greatly.
He was nervous for this date, as she was very pretty and just genuinely a good and interesting person. So, when he prioritized a little bit of extra time and cut through the alleyway, he had no idea what was in store for him.
As he quickly walked through, a door opened behind him and he was grabbed, dragged into a room, sedated, and placed on an operating table as he passed out. No explanation, and he never saw more than masks, surgical caps, and scrubs of the people who grabbed him.
When he woke up, he checked his phone almost on instinct and saw it was just a couple of minutes until his date was to arrive. Somehow, despite everything that had happened, he put more weight on that than the fact that he was literally just abducted.
It was only after he was out of there that his mind decided to focus on the actually more important thing, specifically the abduction and what they had done to him. It was then that he finally realized what should have been obvious literal seconds after waking, that his head was now grafted onto the woman's body! How he was even walking so well in high heels was a mystery, but still he did.
It was strange, he was more concerned about being late than the fact that he would be meeting her in a dress, high heels, and pantyhose. That he was now a woman when he should have been going through that restaurant door as a man. Still, he walked in and there she was, slightly early as well.
What happened next was a blur for him, and even months later both of them still had difficulty remembering the exact details, but both agreed that despite her shock, they had a wonderful first date, and it was just the start of a very good but somewhat unconventional dating relationship!
