"Hello, uh..." The woman said, trailing off as she saw the figure in front of her turn to look at her. She hadn't seen the person's face in much detail and now that she did, she froze.
"Good evening!" A male voice said. "Nice night, huh?"
She stood there a moment, her eyes wide, her face shocked.
"Oh, sorry, I guess you're not used to, uh, this" He motioned with feminine hands down to the womanly body below the male head. "Long story short, a medical procedure landed me with this body. It's called a head transplant. It saved my life and gave me a new sort of view on things."
"A head transplant? So, you're head and your body..."
"Were not originally attached, no. At least I don't recall having legs or tits like this before all of that. Oh, change of subject, but I do like your outfit. The flowing white skirt? Very nice."
"Uh, thanks, yes, your outfit, god, I sound like a stammering fool, don't I?"
"I get this a lot." He said. "There's not many people who have this done, and it's all for medical reasons. You're fine."
"Thank you. And, your outfit, uh, I'm not sure. It is bold for someone like you to be wearing, I guess. Oh damn it, I am..."
"Don't worry." He said with a laugh. "I get it."
He smiled and then went to walk away. She frowned at herself, then walked toward him, going as quick as her sandals would allow.
"You know what?" She said, getting in front of him. "Mind if we talk some? I don't meet a lot of interesting people around here. You certainly fit the bill."
"Sure, my name's Caleb, by the way."
"Amber. So, why don't we go in this shop here, check out what's here and see where the night takes us?"
