Slightly dark.

"Sven!" Katie said, dropping her phone, her face pale as she stood in the hallway. "Oh my god, what did, that's..."

"Yes, Katie. So, about our boss Miss Slater, she will no longer be our supervisor. An unfortunate accident, sadly."

"And what accident was that?" She asked, completely incredulous. She knew what she was seeing but she wondered if he would say or try to lie.

"She came down with an acute case of severely angering that researcher, the one that always has a secret project? Yes, she, well, I'm sure what she said to him, but it was enough to make him do this. I didn't even know any of this had happened before I was called down to research and before I knew it my head was grafted onto her body! I can't say I wanted this, but I also can't say I don't like it. I don't know how I feel about pantyhose, and I do not care for high heels, but otherwise I think I like it."

"Where is she?" Katie asked. Did he really not have a thing to do with this? She wanted to believe him, but could she?

"She does not have my body, some robotic body thing. Also, I can tell from the way you're looking at me you think I had something to do with this. I didn't, but she had a habit of saying the wrong things to the wrong people at the wrong time and ultimately he's made that company much more money than she ever could. So, by the way, you're the new supervisor, or at least that's the sense I get. Normally I'd say congratulations, but I don't know how you feel about that given what you've just seen and heard. If it makes you feel better, you'll do a far better job than her, and unlike her you don't anger people on purpose just for fun. So, I was told to take the next few days off, so I'll be going, and I was told you should do the same. See you on Monday. Oh, before I go I did want to ask: for Monday, that presentation, would a pants suit or a skirt suit be better for me? I truly don't know."
