Mr. Ito smiled as he talked to the doctor, who likewise was smiling.

"You did an excellent job, doctor." Mr. Ito said respectfully and warmly. "It feels almost natural for me to have this body. it has been three weeks and I have no scar, just a dividing line where my neck begins and my new body's. It is certainly quite impressive."

"Tell me, how do you feel? I heard you say it felt natural."

"It does!" He said with a smile. "I feel like I have always had this body now. Even wearing dresses, pantyhose, heels, it feels like I've always been doing this. I am very surprised."

"As am I." The doctor said. "I must explain. I did not expect you to adjust so well. I had hoped you would, but that was not a given, nor was the surgery and recovery go as well as it did, but it did go that well. Hopefully, in the future, the surgeries after you go as well."

"I hope that for you as well." Mr. Ito said. "So, do you need anything else, doctor?"

"No," he said, looking at the file. "Your numbers are good, you're healing right, and your mental health seems to be excellent. You are free to go. Have a good day."
