He walked down the street, enjoying how he looked and felt. He had this body under his neck for several weeks now and this was his first time out dressed like this. Before this he had been conservative, wearing baggy jeans and hoodies, things that hid his new figure.

It wasn't until last night that he realized how absurd that all was. He had no reason not to embrace his new body. Yes, he hadn't asked for this, he hadn't been hoping for a procedure to graft his head onto a new body, especially not a woman's body, but medical issues don't ask what your thoughts on the matter are. So, he thought, why am I just pretending that I don't have this new body, this younger, thinner, prettier new form that need not be hidden behind thick and loose clothes?

So, rather than ease into it he instead went all in and dressed in a way he'd have never thought possible for him a month ago. Gone was the over-large hoodie and in was the much tighter turtleneck sweater. Gone was the baggy jeans and in was the short denim shorts. Gone were the plain white socks and in was the black pantyhose. The black sneakers? Well, he thought, those he would keep. He was not nearly good enough in anything with a heel to risk that just yet outside. And, just to have it as almost a security blanket a loose wool gray sweater.

He had been out of his apartment for hours now, walking the city, going into shops and cafes, loving every second of being out. Yes, maybe shorts and pantyhose weren't the right call for the weather as it was just a few degrees above freezing but he didn't care one bit. Everything else was going too well to worry about a big of cold on his legs!
