"How do you make this sort of mistake?" Colin asked the nurse.

"This hospital is both a standard hospital and we do have a research wing. If you're wondering if this is some minor mistake, no something had to have gone pretty wrong for this to have happened. As of yet, we don't know.

"How, who is this body? Is she okay?"

"Oh, she's fine. As for her, I can't give a name a the present time, but she is thirty-one is healthy. Nothing wrong, well, except for the obvious."

"I guess that's something." He said softly, his anger creeping into his voice. He knew he shouldn't be angry at her, she had nothing to do with this.

"So, what now?"

"That is for the doctor's to decide. We're so far into uncharted territory here I could not guess as to what they'll do. I wish I could tell you more but I really can't. I know this is not what you wanted to hear."

"Fine, yeah." He said. "Anyway, do you need to stay here, or can I just wait for the doctor alone?"

"Up to you."

"Alone, if you would."

"Okay." She went to go.

"Nurse."

"Yes?" She asked.

"Thank you. At least you're not trying to bullshit me. Thank you."

"With patients, I never do." She said softly as she left.

He sat there, wondering if that was really true and decided it didn't matter. He had much bigger things to think about than the nurse's consistency with honesty.
