"See?" Randall said as he put a feminine hand on top of Ian's soft, womanly hand. "I told you that you'd like it."
"I still can't believe this is real." Ian said. "I feel so different. It's not just the drop in age or the different in size and weight, or the clothes, or even the body. There's something more to it. I don't know how to describe it."
"I think I know what you're going through." Randall said. "You have to understand, I've been in your position before."
"Randall, you make it sound like that was an long-ago memory. Your brain was transplanted into her head last week."
"Hey, I still know, don't I?" Randall said with a laugh. "Have you looked in a mirror yet?"
"No, why? I don't know this person, do I?"
"You just might. Remember that woman that your granddaughter's husband had an affair with? What was her name, Monica?"
"Yeah, wait, I thought this voice sounded familiar. Oh god, I have her body? How did you guys get her body?"
"Never mix certain medications, which she was stupid enough to do and it didn't go well for her. Your granddaughter knows it's your brain in there now and she's fine with it, I thought I should tell her but her ex, the one who married this woman, he seems to be quite in denial about it not being her in there."
"I see." Ian said. "Randall, thank you for all of this. Now, I do need to talk to my granddaughter Teresa about all of this. I'm glad you like your body so much as well, but now, I think I have some things to work out. I have a feeling things are going to get very interesting indeed."
