Joel had to take a moment to revel in the amusement he was feeling right now. It had been a few weeks since he was "volunteered" for that experiment, he being the only one compatible with the donor body they had managed to acquire. Since that initial shock and dismay at his new body, he now realized just how much of a blessing in disguise it really was.

First, he now had much more energy. Feeling younger and more vibrant also did wonders for your mental state, he was learning, and he realized he hadn't felt this good physically or mentally in a long time. Not only that, he was learning that when you have that energy and that new mental outlook things at work went much, much better for you. His ideas were finally being heard again, and he was finally getting the recognition he deserved.

Additionally, he thought with a smile, was an unspoken part of this, or at least not spoken of openly. With his new womanly body below his neck he found that he was attracting more than a little attention to his male colleagues. In fact, he had become quite popular in the office and his recent professional accomplishments more than offset the "breaks" that he would discreetly take with one from time to time!
