"Wow, dad!" Andrea said as she got to the entrance of the shop. "I love it!"

"Like the look of the place?" He asked with a smile, taking his hat off and motioning for her to come inside. "Come, see the place."

"Yes!" She said, happily walking inside and grinning as she looked around. She heard her dad more than saw him, in particular the heels he was now sporting.

"It is very much an older style." He said as she looked over some older books. "But that was how I wanted it."

"Good. New bookstores, they're okay but nothing can beat these. You feel like each shelf holds a secret treasure in a place like this. By the way, cute outfit."

"Not really too different than what I would wear before, just with a feminine touch, I think. Okay, maybe a little more than just a touch."

"It does look good. Dad," she looked at him. "I'm so glad you're doing well with this. I was worried, you know, after that whole head-transplant thing. God, it still feels weird saying that and that was months ago now. Will it ever get normal to say that?"

"I think it will." He said, grabbing a small, thin book and looking at it. "And what better way to pass the time waiting for it to feel normal than here? I know you agree."

"I do, yeah." She said, a thoughtful small smile on her face. "You know I'm going to tell all my friends about this place, right? We haven't had a bookstore like this in this town in ages."

"I know." He laughed. "Why do you think you're my first customer?"
