Samuel looked over at the man, a kindly smile on his face. he crossed his legs, looking straight at the man as he did, and he took a sip of his drink.
"Did you ask something?" Samuel asked.
The man, prior to Samuel's reaction, had an arrogant, disgusted looked on his face when he first spoke. Now he was silent, his expression neutral.
"Ah, I see. Now that I didn't react the way you wished, you're quiet. Good."
Samuel took another sip of his drink, still looking right at the man. Samuel had gone over to near the window to feel a bit of sun. Ever since the surgery his new body always seemed to be cold. A strange dichotomy he now had, the desire to be warm and the desire to dress his new body how he wished, how he felt he best looked. However, that did seem to draw the attention of this guy, who seemed offended by Samuel's very existence.
So, Samuel just sat there, sipping his drink, smiling and looking right at the man, enjoying this oaf's discomfort. He had survived a lot in his life and if someone was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome it sure as hell would not be him!
