Dark, but in a psychological way.
"Look, Calvin, we've been over this before. I know how real it must feel. I do understand that. I even understand why you choose to include me in this delusion. I'm your psychiatrist. You've been seeing me for a while now and I have a certain authority that might be influencing your views of me, but we must get to the heart of this soon or I'm afraid stronger methods might be needed. I don't wish to do it, but it would be the best, for your safety, and frankly, mine."
"Your safety?" He said, spitting out those words. "Fuck your safety! Look what you did to me! You know what you did, and how you've gotten away with being me, I don't know how you've managed to pull that off unless... you knew all about me, didn't you? Damn it, that's it!"
"I did research your situation some, yes." She said. "But that is it, and in an attempt to help you with the issues you were facing. I did think we were making progress, but since your mental break... tell me, how are you healing? Good?"
"Oh, you don't care! You're the one who did this!"
"How could I have? More to the fact, you are accusing me of more than just that incision on your forehead, are you not?"
"You know I am."
"Then Calvin, I do want to understand, but I need you to explain it, in your own words, how could I transplant my own brain into your head and your brain into my head? I don't think that's how it works."
"You know that's not what I mean! Your team, your friends, whatever they are." He said, disgusted. He shook his head.
"I know you won't admit it." He said. "I knew that before I walked in here and I have known that for the last couple of weeks, ever since the 'two incidents' as you call them that conveniently left us both with incisions on our foreheads. Quite a coincidence. I guess I'll go."
He got up and left, slowly shutting the door behind him as he left.
Calvin smiled darkly once Dr. Harper was out of the room. Dr. Harper had run out of plays, not that she really had any to start with, and both of them knew it. Calvin stood up, stretching Dr. Harper's lovely body, looking over at a clock to see when the next patient was.
He could think about what he had done to her with the whole brain transplant thing. He could analyze his own actions, determine why he did such an act, and consider the psychology and ramifications of it, but that was no fun at all. No, it was much more entertaining pretending to be her, having her body and her life, all the while knowing that she couldn't do a damn thing about it unless she wanted to wind up in jail or an asylum!
