This one is dark.

"Amber!" Neil said as he turned the corner into the sparse room. "I found you, thank god!"

"Found me?" A smile crept across that pretty face, turning dark as her voiced laughed, slowly standing up from the single piece of furniture in the room, a lone wooden chair. "You didn't find your precious Amber! All you found was her body!"

"Amber, what..."

"Look at my forehead!" The laugh was harsh, her expression mocking as she approached him. A feminine finger pointed at the incision on that pretty forehead. He gasped as he looked at it, seeing the staples pushed into her soft skin and his froze as she drew closer to him.

"You idiot! Do you think this is really Amber? Your pretty, stupid wife? All you found was the shell, the only part of her that's left! She's gone for good! No more! Gone!"

He just stood there as she approached, and a soft hand was placed on his shoulder as she pressed her body against him. He shivered as his expression went from hope to horror.

"No, the moment you lost sight of her outside this old building, it was all over. Don't worry one bit, oh, what is it, Neil right Neil." The look went from mocking to a sensual but dark smile. "I can take over for her. Pretend to be her, for at least a while. Be the cute little wife you wanted. Sounds like fun, and much better than being an old man! So, why don't we go home, Neil, and I show you what the new Amber is like?"
