"Oh no." Paul said softly, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Oh yes. I'm guessing you wanted to see your wife and I am happy to show you what's still here. It is most of her, but her head, that I'm afraid I can't show you."
"What did, oh god, what did you do with it?"
"Oh, no!" The man laughed. "You think, no, oh my no, she's alive and safe. It is far better that way. See, you owe me and until you do what I asked for weeks ago, I'm keeping her body and staying right here. I'm your wife now, sweetie. Get used to it."
