Her boyfriend sat behind Francisco just looking at him. Francisco didn't mind it too much; the guy could deal with it or he couldn't, it was as simple as that. Francisco was actually just about to go upstairs to help himself to her clothes when her boyfriend finally spoke.

"Is she okay?"

"He speaks," Francisco said, realizing his tone made that sound worse than what he truly meant by it. "Yes, she's fine, she's got a body of a man the same age as you two. She's at his place right now probably about to do the same thing I'm doing, which is get some clothes. I had no idea you'd be home. She didn't tell me you would be."

"Yeah, I was sent home from work early due to... wait, why am I telling you? So, she's fine?"

"She has a man's body below her neck. I'm not sure if that constitutes 'fine' to you, but she's safe and healthy if that's what you meant by that."

The man just sat there still. Francisco shrugged and went upstairs, took some of her clothes, and came back down. While up there he heard him get a call and talk to her. Okay, Francisco thought, by now he should be a bit better. He came back down to see him still in the same spot, still looking at Francisco, not really doing much of anything else.

Francisco shrugged again and was out the door, just in time to see her pull up into the driveway and get out of her car. She put masculine, strong hands on tone hips and looked at Francisco.

"So, how's he doing?"

"You know you said he'd be a bit surprised if he saw me like this?"

"Yes." She said, her voice hesitant.

"You might just need to reconsider your definition of that phrase." He said as he walked to his car with two suitcases, then got in his car but before he closed his car door he looked at her and smiled sympathetically.

"Anyway, good luck. I feel you'll need it."
