A dark caption.
She did not know what this place was. Had she did, she would have never gone here. She knew it was a hospital, she had seen it as she had driven by different times, but she thought it was just a normal hospital, nothing more and nothing less.
So, when she went in one day after getting a severe headache, she was surprised to see there was no emergency entrance. Odd. No worries, worst case she could be moved to another hospital, best case she just left herself.
Her car sat in the parking lot for two days. Now familiar figure walked toward it, going to see how to go about getting rid of it.
As a soft hand opened the door, Dr. Ritter caught a glimpse of his new face in the rearview mirror. He smiled wickedly as he saw his reflection. Her face was so pale and pretty, so lovely, with only the incision adding an ugliness to an otherwise beautiful face. Well, he thought, she should not have come here so willingly. To their credit, he thought, they did cure her headache. You do, he thought with a cruel smile, have to actually have a brain for it to hurt.
