"There's no way in hell this is the right place." Katie said as she looked around.

This place had been abandoned and for a while now, she realized as looked around the outside. While it did seem at structurally sound (or at least it wasn't going to fall down as she was looking at it) she realized she was at the wrong location.

She sighed and got back to her car. She texted her friend where she was.

"Wait, where are you?" Her friend's response read.

Did she not understand her last message, Katie wondered. She was about to send the address again but saw her friend was typing.

"GET OUT OF THERE!!"

Katie put the phone down, made sure the doors were locked, and immediately started to turn around to drive away. She didn't get very far. As she went around a curve there was a truck blocking the road. She went to turn around, panicking as she did, but she wasn't careful and she went partially off the road, damaging a tire and getting her car stuck.

It wouldn't have mattered anyway, Wyatt knew. By the time she had gotten past that turn her fate was sealed. As he walked out of the "abandoned" house he stopped, hearing a buzzing.

He saw it was her smart phone, most likely having fallen out of her purse as they brought her in for the procedure. He walked over and picked it up, seeing a slew of messages from her friend warning her about this place.

He smiled darkly. Too late.
