Dr. Andrew Bolton had worked so hard to get himself noticed in the medical world with his research. He had done three successively more impressive experiments in the field of neurosurgery but would anyone give him the credit he felt he deserved? No, of course not!

He didn't suspect jealousy or unmovable minds, instead he had a more grounded suspect, which was image. He hadn't done anything that would not get him much notice past certain sectors of neurology, despite the fact that each of these experiments yielded serious breakthroughs. He needed something that would get him noticed outside of his field. Something very bold.

A brain-dead women ending up at a local hospital was the key to all of this. She was a jane doe and would likely remain one. He graciously offered to take her off the hands of the hospital. A doctor, knowing of one of his previous experiments, agreed to it, thinking it was an experiment to improve her brain function.

Well, it did give her body a functioning brain, but not quite in the way the doctor envisioned. Now with his brain successfully transplanted into her body by a machine he had perfected, he thought he was now ready for all the accolades he thought he deserved!
