Sal walked through the clothing store, shocked at the variety of clothes he saw. While he had understood that women had more types of clothing than men, he had never really understood or even had a basic appreciation for just how extensive this variety was. Now here he was, in need of new clothes and suddenly he wished he had actually paid attention to when the women in his life were shopping.

It was too late for that now, he knew, and he was off on his own, unsure of where to start. Not just for clothes, but how to even approach an employee and ask for help. What would they think? While the head-grafting procedure was considered medically ethical and legal, it was still unusual and he doubted that anyone around here had ever seen someone in his situation before.
