Amy and Tyler were too excited for words. They had finally done it, they had bought a house, and what a house! The previous owner had died recently with no will any known person with a claim to it, so it was auctioned off.

Both were surprised, though. The price they got it for was low, too low. They wondered why people weren't bidding very much on it, even going as far as asking some of the people there why.

"Short version." A big, broad-shouldered man who looked like he did construction work looked at them. "I don't believe this thing is able to be flipped."

"You don't believe the inspection?" Amy asked him.

He smile at her, but both felt there was just a bit of condescension in it.

"A hundred and fifteen year old house with no structural issues, completely functional electrical and plumbing, only 'wear and tear from use'? No, I really don't believe that one bit. Plus, look at the thing. Would you actually want to spend a night in there? I've been in haunted houses that looked more inviting!"

He was right about that. It did have a bit of a haunted mansion vibe, despite not being an actual mansion. It was large, in a more gothic style.

"No thanks." He said.

"So, why did you even bid on it?" Tyler was confused.

"For the right price, for the right clients, this could work pretty well. Also, worst case, I could just bulldoze it and sell it for someone who wants to build. A small profit, but still a profit. So, if you need contracting work, here's my card. I think you'll probably need it."

He handed them his card. Amy took it from his massive paw, her hand tiny in comparison.

"Uh, thanks." She said.

"Seriously, I'm not just plugging myself. You're doing this to live here, right? Big house, plenty of space, right?"

"Yes." Amy said.

"Well, just be careful. I mean that. You never know what you'll find with these old houses." He said, then said good-bye and walked away.

Two days later, they were at the house, taking another look around. It was fall and the air was crisp, and an issue with the utilities meant that power and water wouldn't be turned on until tomorrow, so they had to dress warm.

Tyler had a thicker black jacket, gray sweater underneath, thicker jeans, boots and tick wool socks. It made him look a little bulkier than what he was, having a lean, taller build. Amy had on her gray peacoat, a heavier red sweater, brown knee high boots with no heel (she was tall and thin and felt no need to feel taller), a brown skirt just at the knee and dark gray sweater tights underneath. She found this warmer than jeans in this sort of weather.

Both were together, looking around the first floor. It was big inside, a big living room, a spacious kitchen, a full dining room, and a small study on the first floor with a full bathroom. The second had the main bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, and one more bathroom. They then had a third floor, an attic that looked to be converted to a more modern office, along with two storage rooms and another bathroom.

It was the basement that intrigued them. The first part was fully furnished, done as a game room with even a small bar. Off of that was a small bedroom and other bathroom. The rest of it was unfinished.

They were surprised not that there was a game room down here (that wasn't a strange thing to them at all) but that it was still furnished, untouched, almost. The rest of the house was empty but for major appliances that were considered part of the sale, but this looked like the owner could be back any moment. Hell, the bar was still stocked with unopened liquor! They looked in the bedroom, seeing it fully furnished as well. As they looked around, Tyler felt a bit of heat. He walked over and tried a light. It came on. Prior to that, they had to use the light from the small windows at the top, which was good enough to navigate and see larger things, but not details.

"That was early." Tyler said.

"They did say within three days. I didn't think they'd wait until the last day."

"You and your optimism." He said with a smile. "So, how do you feel about it now?"

"This place is much better than we thought. We were expecting to sink a lot of money into renovating this place to be livable, but maybe we won't have to do very much. Plus, we have a guest room!"

"If they want to be in the basement." He said. "Hey, I just noticed something."

"What?"

"No windows in the bedroom. Of course, there's that light from the window."

"Maybe there is, but it's covered by curtains. The rest of it is furnished and there are curtains pulled back on a these."

"Could be. Well, let's see. Also, are there still sheets on that bed?"

"Yeah, we need to get those off. No way those aren't musty."

"Agreed."

They walked inside the bedroom and flicked the light on. Interesting. This, like the office on the third floor, seemed to have a more modern appearance and style than the rest of the house. Also, it didn't just have a bed, it was more like a studio apartment in here except with no kitchen. Quiet nice, actually.

The looked, but didn't see a window. They did see two closets. One was just a small storage closet, but the other seemed more like a walk-in for clothes. They opened it.

Two things happened at the same time. The door to the bedroom closed and locked, and they discovered the closet had much more than clothes in it.

An hour later, both staggered up to the first floor, still very much groggy from the sedatives, but also still trying to get out of here as soon as they could. Amy got into the living room and had to lean against a wall, heavier jacket padding the hard wood panel. She slid down the wall a little, looking at larger, masculine hand, looking down at jeans and boots, feeling so odd, so hairy.

Tyler was up after her. He nearly fell over and realizing his situation, did his best to slowly sit down. It was harder than he thought, trying to make sure the skirt was under his new, shapely ass. He managed it and he put his legs out, looking down at knee-high brown boots and seeing a bit of gray tights peek out from under the skirt.

He looked over at her as she felt her neck. He could see the stitches where her neck began and his body began! He knew he had the same, how could he not? It was so strange, he thought as he inched over to her, seeing her like this, her head now attached to his body!

He got over to her and she held him in her now stronger arms and he put thinner, feminine arms around his former body. They didn't get a chance to talk, or figure things out, or even really come to grips with their new situation. The sedatives weren't quite finished working and soon both of them passed out. They would have to deal with with they just went through in a few hours.
