Tom arrived at Taylor's apartment quite surprised.  While her position and her time there paid well, it did not pay this well.  This was nicer than his apartment.  Much nicer.  He reflected on how much one of these was in rent, and despite making excellent money, he would be hard pressed to afford a place like this.  He walked up to the very surprised doorman, and asked to be buzzed in, giving Taylor's full name.  Despite the doorman's obvious surprise at what he was seeing, he did as asked and soon Tom was eleven floors up and at Taylor's door.  He wen to knock and she opened it before he could.

"Either your psychic or you were right there."

"Would you believe psychic?"

"Normally, no.  Today, however..."

"Yeah, okay, fair enough."  She said with a chuckle as she shut the door after he walked in.  He looked around and saw it was very nicely furnished, with a modern style to it.  There was next to nothing that seemed to be unnecessary or cluttered.  She had chosen what she needed well and built a functional and pleasing look around those things.

He walked with her to the bedroom, which shared the same look with the living room and what he saw of the kitchen, his two rolling suitcases, designed to be fixed together for easier moving, rolling behind him.  He went to pick both up, and realized that wasn't going to happen.

"Did you really just try to lift those both at the same time?"

Tom looked at her, then had to laugh a little at himself.

"Remember, I used to be able to do that."

"Again, fair enough."   She picked it up, though not with ease.  Tom wasn't in the best of shape and needed to exercise more.  Or, at least he did.

Taylor opened up the suitcases to see his clothes.  She went immediately to the casual ones.

"I can't tell you how glad I am to see you dress exactly like I thought you would."

"Should I..?"  Tom was about to say.

"What?  You know what I mean. "  She said with a shake her of head.  She was still smiling though.

"Okay, yeah, I do.  I mean, I never saw the point in dressing in, what, 'dad clothes'?  What's the point of that?"

"I hope you're not asking me that!"  She said, taking out a plain black t-shirt out and finding a pair of jeans.

"Well, now you get to experience making that decision.  Well, eventually, I guess."

"Oh hell, you're right."  She said, unbuttoning her shirt.

"Whoa, hold on, you're changing in front of me?"  Tom asked, surprised.

"Oh, uh, I guess I just got a bit ahead of myself with that.  I just wanted to get out of this shirt."

"It's not that bad."

"Feel this material."  She said.

He put a feminine hand to her sleeve and looked back at her.

"Who buys a shirt like this?"

"An idiot who values price and fake prestige over actual quality."  Taylor said.

"This is where I'm supposed to say, 'you said it, not me' or something like that.  I think you know I'm pretty much in agreement with you here.  Here," Tom grabbed one of his dress shirts.

"Feel this.

She used her index finger and thumb to feel it.  She looked at him.

"Why is this so much better?"

"Didn't you just say why thirty seconds ago?"  He said, amused.

"Well, yes, but this is even beyond that expectation."

"Thanks.  I learned to buy quality stuff and take care of it.  Makes all the difference."

"Then, you'll like my wardrobe."  She walked over to her walk-in closet and opened it.

Tom was noticed that her large walk-in closet made it look like she didn't have a lot of clothes.  She actually, now that he got the sense of scale, a considerable but not what he would guess as an excessive amount.

"You see the blue dress, the one hanging  a little bit away from the rest?"

"Yeah."  He said.

"Three thousand dollars."

Three thousand?"  He said, looking at her.  "That's, oh wow.  And you're criticizing the suit you're wearing?"

"This suit isn't worth a tenth of that, but he probably paid more for it than that dress."  She pointed out.  "Plus, if you wear it, it fits well and is surprisingly comfortable given its cut and style.  Finally, I paid maybe two hundred and fifty bucks for it.  I wasn't going to spend that much money."

"You're obviously not hurting for money."  He said, gesturing around.  "This is beyond my pay, even."

"A gift from my family, one I didn't want to accept.  But, I had to.  Anyway, I don't want to get into that.  Let me show you my clothes.  I imagine you want to get out of that skirt suit."

"Yes, yes, I do."  Tom said.  "Especially the pantyhose."

"Let me guess, wasn't too bad for the first few hours, but now you just need them off, right now?"

"That's about it."

"Welcome to women's office wear.  Why do you think I wear pants most of the time?"

"Now's my turn to say fair enough."

"I guess it is!"  Taylor laughed.  She wen to show him the closet, but them stopped.

"Something wrong?"  Tom asked.

"No, uh, yeah, never mind.  Pick out an outfit first.  Once you do that, we'll both go and get changed.  Oh, by the way, there's a guest bedroom that's already set up for you."

"Thanks."  Tom said, grateful.  He was expecting to sleep on a couch.  That was definitely an improvement.

"Sure."  She said.

Tom went to and looked for a moment, deciding on a pair of jeans and a green hoodie.  Taylor smiled as she looked over his choices.

"Sure you don't want some sexy lingerie?"  She laughed.  "Maybe an evening gown?"

"Maybe tomorrow."  Tom laughed.

"Ah, you're no fun."  She laughed as he walked to her guest room to get changed.

He shut the door and stripped to just a bra and panties, having more trouble getting the pantyhose off than he anticipated.  He wasn't quite used to the more limiting nature of them when they were pulled partway down.  He figured it out quite quickly, though, and was glad to take them off.

He looked down at himself, seeing his co-worker and he guessed friend's body.  It was very strange.  Everything he knew about what should be below his neck was gone.  What he should be feeling and looking at were very much at odds with what he was actually experiencing.  He put that aside and put the jeans and the hoodie on, glad to be in more comfortable clothes.  He had no socks on, realizing that maybe he should see if he could grab a pair.

He opened the door and walked back out, seeing her door open as well.  He looked in, seeing her grinning, shirt off, just in jeans, making a pose with her new body.  Tom hadn't realized it (or more accurately, could not have cared at all) that Taylor's new body was actually in very good shape.

He coughed lightly, and she turned, a look of shock on her face.

"I thought I closed that door!"

"Nope.  Wide open."  He said with a big grin.

"Sorry, Tom, I..."  She went to cover up her chest, and then stopped.

"I don't think that'll do anything!"  Tom said, having to laugh.  Her very feminine reaction with a a very masculine male body below her neck was pretty damn funny.

"It's not funny!"  She almost snapped.

He didn't know why, but that made it funnier.

"I'm sorry, Taylor!"  He said, laughing.  "I'm not making fun of you, I swear!"

He could see anger in her face now, but, as she was about to speak, she saw herself out of the corner of her eye in the mirror.  She had to turn.  Just as soon as her anger came, it faded.

"See?"  He looked at her.  "Come on, you'd laugh too if you caught me wearing lingerie and doing that!"

"Okay, yeah, probably."  She laughed.  She quickly put a shift of his on, which fit reasonably, but only because it was a size bigger than he normally wore.  He also noticed that her jeans, while they were okay in the waist, were a little short for her.  Not comically short or anything, but she would need a better-fitting wardrobe.  His clothes wouldn't cut it for very long.

"But, how do I look?"

"Uh, good, uh, though..."

"Yeah, we will need to get the little weasel's clothes."  Taylor said.  She knew what he was obviously trying skirt around.

"Yeah."  He said, relieved that she knew what he was trying and failing to say.

"So," she said, walking over to a stocked liquor cabinet.  "Do you drink?"

"Normally, no."  Tom said.  "But, tonight, I think a couple wouldn't hurt."

"What do you want?"  She asked.

"Whatever you're having."  He said.  He drank so rarely that he didn't really have any preferences.

"I'll make two White Russians."  She said.  Once she finished, she handed him a glass.

"The dude abides."  She grinned, and they clinked their glassed together.  He took a sip, and she drank half of hers right away.

"So," she said.  "We have a bit of time.  Want to watch something?"

"Sure, um, what do you like?"  Tom asked.

"Like '80's action films."

He laughed.

"No."

"Yeah, neither do I!"  She said with a laugh.  "I don't know, maybe a horror movie?"

"Sure."  Tom said, sitting on the couch as she selected what looked like a good movie.  She sat down right beside him.

"Sorry, if I'm too close, let me know."  She said.

"It's okay.  I guess you're so used to being close to friends who are women."

"Yeah, I didn't even think about that."  Taylor admitted.  "If you're not okay with me being this close, I can even take one of the chairs."

"It's okay.  It's actually kind of nice."

"That's the femininity talking."  She said with a laugh.  "Soon you'll be asking me to do your nails!"

"Oh god."  Tom laughed.

"Now all I need to do is... you know, I was going to come up with some overly manly thing, but I can't think of one."

"They watch '80's action movies."

"Well, then, screw that, we're watching horror."

They only got halfway through the movie before they realized the time, and both headed to their respective rooms.  Tom didn't even bother to change, he just crawled under the sheets.  He was out before he even had a chance to reflect on the events of the day.
