“He’s moving towards uptown, heading straight for the second power station. Hellbound or Lighthawk, you need to intercept before he takes that station out or the entire city grid goes down!” The voice of Mira, better known by her alias Ctrl, called out. She was tracking a super villain that had been on a rampage across the city, using electrical powers to cause massive chaos and damage in a few short minutes. He had already taken the city’s main power grid offline by blowing the transformers outside the Nuclear power plants. Luckily the plants themselves were fine and could act under their own power, the city however had immediately switched over to emergency power, and now that was in danger of failing too.
