I went out for some drinks with a few gals to celebrate the end of a shitty week of work. I remember tossing back a few of those Caribbean drinks...and...huh.."<br /><br />"I think I passed out...things got hazy, I think. Next thing, I, ummm, knew, I wake up in what looks to be some deserted mall with no one else in sight, "<br /><br />"I checked myself over and the only thing missing was my purse and cell phone. I saw a light off to the right and figured it might be an exit or maybe someone working here. Couldn't hurt, I figure,"<br /><br />"Anyways, to make a long story short, I saw this big, freaking orb sitting in the middle of all this trash and oddly, the closer I got, I better I felt. I figured to check up close and personal, "<br /><br />"That's where things got crazier. I slowed down as I drew closer but didn't pay attention. So, now I'm frozen, unable to move, to think a few feet from this weird glowing thing. I think I heard someone in the area but I can't move my head to see or a hand to wave them over. Fuck!!"<br /><br />Spectra<br />--------<br /><br />"I'm about to head out to patrol the city in a usual manner when I got a text from one of my informants that a woman was being held captive at a closed shopping mall and I should rescue her from being sold off to a slave ring later that day,"<br /><br />"Figuring there was no time to waste, I donned my new costume and ventured to the location without hesitation,"<br /><br />"Entering the building, there was no sign of any criminals but I did see what looked to be an unusual glowing orb in the center of a lower level.
