“Well I have to say that you both came out really good!” Barb said to the the mannequins in front of her.
“When I put up the help wanted sign stating that I was looking for Visual Merchandisers you both jumped at the chance to apply. Since you were both two of my best cashiers I tried to talk you out of taking the positions but you were both really persistent. Even when I told you that the hours were long and that it was a thankless job you both agreed that if the new position got you out of dealing with customers that you didn't care about how thankless the job was.” Barb chuckled as she brushed a piece of lint off of the shoulder of the headless mannequin.
“So, I sent you both home and told you to come back to work right after the store closed so I could get you prepared for your new position in the company.” She recollected with just the smallest hint of a malevolent smile.
“I can still see the exuberant smiles that you had even after my initial spell locked the two of you in place.” Barb said with a wide, evil grin.
Barb stepped in front of the full mannequin and continued, “Beth, I just couldn't bring myself to alter your gothic, statuesque beauty so I let you keep your looks. Too bad I had to erase all of the tattoos you had though. They were very well done and I'm sure you paid a hefty sum for all of that ink but it would have looked out of place on a mannequin now wouldn't it?” She asked rhetorically of the inanimate figure in front of her.
Barb cupped her hands on the mannequins cheeks and looked deep in to it's lifeless, artificial eyes and shuddered on pleasure, “Oh! I can still feel your delicious fear emanating from you! It is exquisite.” She finished saying as she moved over to the other mannequin.
“Now Polly on the other hand was and is still excited over what has happened to her. Aren't you my sweet?” Barb said as she tapped the top of the figures neck where Polly's head used to be when she was human, “You were so excited that based on how damp your panties were when I took them off of your newly inert form you must have orgasmed right before your humanity ended.” Barb said.
“I decided to experiment on you and make your transformation a little more extreme that Beth's was. I placed you in front of a mirror and when I changed your artificial skin tone to look like wood your excitement only increased. Intrigued, I then made your head melt down in to your body leaving just your neck above your shoulders. Your excitement spiked and then faded away. I actually think you managed to overload yourself and you went 'unconscious'. Barb said with a slight look of puzzlement.
Barb then took a step back to admire her handiwork again and said, “Well I hope you both enjoy your new positions as my Visual Merchandisers. I can promise you that you both will remain gainfully employed for many, many years to come. Beth? Just in case you are harboring any thoughts of people coming to look for the two of you and rescue you I'm afraid you are about to be disappointed. You see, it is going to take a couple of days for the spell to finish working but once it does your family and everybody you know will forget that you even existed. Reality will change so it will be like neither of you ever existed! Hell, that part of the spell is so powerful that after a couple of years I'll even forget that the two of you were anything other than mannequins.” Barb said with a look of mock sorrow before erupting in to evil laughter as she felt the waves of despair coming from the mannequin that used to be Beth.
“Oh well, time to put up a help wanted sign for new cashiers since I now have two positions to fill.” She said to herself wiping away her tears of mirth as she walked away from the two inert figures, never to speak to them again.
