The results are in, and we have a very clear winner. At 4'11", Hitomi Ito is the shortest of the Magician's assistants, and his oldest (though it is impolite to reveal a lady's age.) Originally from Japan, she was first the Magician's personal assistant, then his stage assistant. As his show expanded, she took on the role of stage manager, where she quickly earned the nickname of the Boss's Taskmaster (as well as 'Slave Driver,' 'Quick-Look-Busy,' and a few others which would be rude to repeat.) Though she always acts just as professional as The Magician, she does have a softer side, though it is rarely seen in public.<br /><br />So, here she is, folks- ready to assist. She generally does escapes, which allows the rest of the cast time to set up props and change costumes, but as our poll winner, she's up for anything!
