The Magician whips the cloth away, revealing that Laurel has failed to escape her fate, and has been impaled upon the razor sharp spikes, their ascent pushing her up against the bars of the cage.<br /><br />There are more screams from the audience, but if there's anything the Magician is skilled at, it's rewinding fate... and as the cruel device is wheeled from the stage with the girl still impaled, the Magician begins his next illusion. Perhaps Laurel will appear again later in the show?
