Sort of a sequel to Black Skirt - TG Transformation in which Lust provides some unconventional "help." It's best to keep in mind that Lust is not a genie, or a wish granter. She's in it for the game, and while she loves to twist the wishes of hopefuls, she certainly isn't constrained by the wish itself. She's just having fun. This poor guy on the other hand, definitely won't be having any fun anytime soon.
As far as the art is concerned, I had a lot of fun working on this one, and the butt panel is one of my favorite TF panels that I have ever drawn.
