Previously...
"You call this neutralized?!" Phil shrieked, his voice a good few octaves higher.  
"Uh... Well..."  The Doctor shrugged.  Seems to be slowing down.  Phil was hardly pleased.  And it wasn't quite over yet.  

A) Phil noticed his hair and clothes begin to change color 
B) Phil's ears twitched of their own accord 
C) Phi's underwear began to feel a bit... moist 
D) Phil's breasts began to feel even heavier.
