Research Subject: Markus Winter (Identifier: #73B-9), drug trafficker, arrested during the special operation “Clean Horizon.”

1. Case History
Subject #73B-9 (hereinafter referred to as the subject) was delivered to the “Peresvet” laboratory complex on 05.07.2047. Upon arrival, the subject displayed a high level of aggression, refused to cooperate, and physically resisted medical personnel. Diagnosis: chronic drug addiction with mental disorders, multiple injuries resulting from criminal activity, organ failure, overall tissue viability — 32%.
2. Experimental Procedure
According to the “Chimera” protocol, the subject was assigned to undergo complete somatic reconstruction using the nanorobotic system “Regenerator-7.”
The procedure parameters included injections of experimental nanoparticles previously tested on animals, which demonstrated a 92% efficiency rate in cellular regeneration. As a controlling enzyme, a recombinant protein “Chimera-α” was used, modified to prevent autoimmune reactions.
The procedure began at 09:15 on 07.07.2047. The subject was immersed in a bio-reactive solution with increased electrolyte concentration to optimize the nanorobots’ performance. During the procedure, at the 3-hour 17-minute mark, unforeseen epigenetic alterations were recorded, affecting the chromosomal structure of the subject.
3. Observed Changes
After the stabilization of cellular structures, the following transformations were identified:
3.1 Genetic Changes
A complete recombination of the Y chromosome occurred, followed by its elimination. The chromosomal set changed from XY to XX. Mitochondrial DNA analysis revealed activation of genes responsible for the production of phytoestrogens at the cellular level.
3.2 Morphological Changes
Within 48 hours after the start of the procedure, a systemic transformation of the subject’s physique was recorded:
– Development of secondary sexual characteristics of the female type: enlargement of the breasts to size B, formation of a typically female pattern of subcutaneous fat distribution (increased hips and buttocks volume, reduced waist).
– Alteration of bone structure: reduction in height by 19.6 cm (from 185 cm to 165.4 cm), narrowing of the shoulder girdle, widening of the pelvis.
– Transformation of skin tissue: reduced epidermal thickness, change in pigmentation, and increased elasticity.
– Change in hair coverage: hair on the head grew to a length of 45 cm, while body hair decreased.
3.3 Functional Changes:
– Vocal apparatus: partial mutation of the larynx resulted in an increase of voice pitch by 4.3 octaves.
– Muscular system: muscle mass decreased by 34% while functionality was preserved. Increased flexibility and coordination of movement.

The doctor tore his gaze away from the screen with the report and looked at what he had just described as “Subject #73B-9.” The woman standing before him was the very embodiment of femininity: dark shoulder-length hair, a graceful figure wrapped in a gray swimsuit with bright yellow trim. She stood with a slight lean forward, one hand behind her back, the other hanging loosely. In her eyes, fixed directly on him, there was a mix of seriousness and curiosity.
— Markus? What is it? — asked Smith, adjusting his glasses.
The woman smiled with faint irony. — I was just thinking... and since you started it yourself, then...
She hesitated, glancing down at the floor.
— ...since you started it yourself, then... — she repeated, lifting her gaze back to the doctor. — ...why do you call me Markus? I... honestly don’t understand.
She turned toward him fully, letting him take her in from every angle, her fingers brushing softly down her thighs as she leaned closer, showing off her ass.
Smith felt his cheeks warm slightly with color. He looked away.
— Markus, this... this is just... — he began, searching for the right words. — It’s your name. The name you had before... before the operation.
— Operation? — her tone was still calm, but there was a hint of confusion in it. — What operation? I... I mean... — she tilted her head slightly. — Doctor, you’re scaring me.
She paused for a moment, thinking over his words, then looked into his eyes again. There was no fear in her gaze, only a question.
— Markus is a man’s name, — she said quietly. — Don’t you see that I’m... I’m a woman? It’s obvious, Doctor. Just look at me.
She stepped closer, sitting on his desk right across from him — like a student at an exam, though with far more grace. Her eyes were direct and demanding.
— And really, Doctor. When are you going to let me go? I miss it so much. I want to dance again. All those greedy male stares... those whistles... — she smiled brightly, flashing her teeth. — I miss that so much. That feeling... of being wanted.
The doctor raised his left eyebrow. He picked up the chart with her record.
