Like most people, Mark hated his new life after Alt Shift. He could come to terms with the fact that he had to deal with a woman's body with those awkward Sophia boobs with feminine paraphernalia. Especially if he got the body of some ordinary woman. But he could not come to terms with the fact that he had to pretend to be the loving wife of Carl Ferguson.
Prior to Alt Shift, Mark was one of the main activists in the union for workers' rights. He often organized various strikes and rallies so that rich greedy businessmen would pay attention not only to themselves.
Karl's factories and his entire business are one of the most inhuman ones. In almost all of his factories, workers are treated like consumables. And against his plant and enterprises, Mark arranged a lot of rallies. Repeatedly participated in court hearings for the protection of workers' rights.
And so ... When the Alt Shift happened, Mark found himself in the body of Karl Ferguson's wife, who at that moment was in one of the social rounds.
Karl did not believe his wife's delirium that she began to consider herself a man, and as soon as he found out that she had escaped, he immediately returned her with the help of the guards. It was a long conversation, but Mark almost managed to convince Karl that he was not his wife. But it all ended with Karl forbidding him to leave the house until everything was cleared up with these spontaneous changes around the world. The final exactly in all this was set by the law of the government, which obliged all victims of Alt Shift to accept their life and live as the owners of the bodies lived before.
The official wording was "mass hallucination." Which was in the spirit of the government, because everyone knew the truth. And everyone knew that those who disagreed and those who did not accept the rules of the law were sent to "conversion" camps, in which, at best, people were "brainwashed", and at worst ...
Karl had no intention of losing his wife. And for her he hired the best psychologists who now constantly monitored Mark's behavior. They analyzed the behavior and life of Sophia (Karl's wife) and knew completely her identity. More precisely, her personality as it should be. It was not difficult for them to completely control Mark's life in Sophia's body, even to the point of repeating gestures and facial expressions.
Makeup artists and stylists hired by Karl did everything he needed for Mark and taught him how to walk in high heels, choose the right clothes and other wisdom of Sophia's life.
Attempts to resist this came after Mark was shown personally what was happening in the "conversion" camps. Still, Karl is a very influential person and it was not difficult for him to organize an excursion there for his "wife".
Since then, Mark has become silent and only occasionally tried to remind everyone who he really is. But these were only attempts and only inappropriate jokes, which quickly ended after the next sessions with psychologists.
Living under the same roof with someone you hate is already a test. Pretending to be his loving wife and pretending that he enjoys sex with him and rare blowjobs, in fact, appearing as a heterosexual man inside is a complete nightmare. But domestic behavior was already a whim of Karl, who took advantage of the situation and explained to a psychologist how his wife should behave "correctly", paying them even more. Yet Sofia never loved Karl as he did her until Alt Shift. However, Karl took advantage of the situation as a real businessman and found advantages in this situation, unfortunately for Mark.
Sofia before Alt Shift was a very prominent person at all public events, which were mainly organized by her husband or with his participation to advertise his business. She publicly supported him and was resolutely against all kinds of strikes and other "harmful" rallies because of which her husband's business suffered. Her immodest clothes with short skirts on the neckline always attracted the attention of the male part and she liked it all, unlike Mark, who hated all these banquets and hated feeling like a piece of meat while pretending to like it.
She always dressed in bright clothes with an open neckline and always with heels. She did not hide her arrogant nature, especially in relation to workers, who, in her opinion, are too stupid to demand anything. I sincerely believed that the people in the factories did not deserve what she and her husband did, so they should be content with what they have.
Mark's protests that he does not think so and will never think so have not been heard. He was persistently told that he was Sofia and inspired all her thoughts in different ways and he had to pretend to be an arrogant bitch in public and a loving wife at home. This behavior gave him at least a little freedom and the opportunity to be alone with himself.
