If one of the iconic Beatrice would now be near, he would have thought that the woman began to go mad against the background of her pregnancy, because she said strange things and behaved in the same strange way.
Half an hour ago, Beatrice decided to just take a walk in the woods after she cleaned the house and put the young children to bed. These were her few minutes of peace and solitude. She was already returning back when she suddenly stopped. Her face changed as if she had seen this forest for the first time. After a few moments, she looked down at her body in shock and touched her chest and stomach as if it were not her body. How lucky poor Beatrice was that no one was around at that moment, because it looked crazy and frightening, and in those days it was possible to go to the fire as a witch. She shouted something, cursed some Charlie, talked about some devices and control panels in one word, all her words had no meaning for any person of that time.
Having made a couple of awkward steps, she reached this tree and closed her eyes repeating like a prayer all this nonsense about the fact that she needs to wake up and calling herself Mason.

Meanwhile, in the 21st century, the real Beatrice in Mason's body behaved no less insane. Perhaps it was even more difficult for her to understand what happened, because from her 18th century and the quiet life of a pregnant peasant mother, everything changed dramatically for her - she ended up in the body of a 16-year-old teenager in a house with incomprehensible devices and with a man who called himself Charlie and Iso tried to calm her down with all his might.
Charlie was sure to the last that his friend Mason was only making fun of him and portraying a medieval pregnant woman in front of him, who suddenly found herself in the future in his body, but after a while he realized that it was not like Mason, who could not so real to pretend to be her.
Of course Charlie tried to fix everything, but he had no idea how to use this remote control. When he sent Mason to the past and exchanged his bodies with Beatrice, it all looked just like a joke. Charlie never thought that this remote could actually exchange the minds of Charlie and this woman from the past. At that time, on the small screen of the remote control, there was simply a choice between different parameters - Charlie only wrote the year, and then pressed the arrows and selected the proposed options.
At that moment, together with Mason, they studied this amazing find and, as a joke, Charlie pointed the remote control at Mason and pressed the "ok" button, after which everything happened. Now Charlie had no idea how to select the same parameters, and besides, the remote control screen stopped working.
The remote just needed to be recharged. It is a coincidence that Charlie and Mason found this device, which was taken away by an unlucky time traveler from the special secret service of the 34th century. When the special agents discovered this loss, they quickly returned to the 21st century to take this remote control, but the guys had already found it and used it.
They could fix everything and return them back to their bodies, but the risk was too great due to the fact that the very edge of reality could change and it was too risky to change back the bodies of Beatrice and Mason - they already knew what would happen to them in the future , but did not know what the future would be if they changed them back, so they just took this device and despite Charlie's requests to return his friend, they just went back to the future with their device.
