It was an ordinary evening and Steve spent it in front of the TV. He, as usual, returned from work, ate and simply lay and switched channels. Soon it was time to sleep. But suddenly a light shone from through his window and the house shook. Steve decided to go to the window, but the light became even brighter and in the end Steve lost consciousness.<br />...<br />He woke up no longer at home. It was a room with metal walls and a metal bed on which he lay. It was very uncomfortable. He stood up and heard a voice<br />"Don't worry. This is a temporary measure. You are not kidnapped. This is just a test."<br />Steve did not understand anything, but it seemed to him that he was aliens on a spaceship and his captors. It was stupid, but logical.<br />"Where am I? What is going on here?"<br />But no one answered and Steve sat down again on the metal bed.<br />...<br />After a while, a voice of five spoke<br />"Are you a projection of Steve's mind?"<br />Steve understood nothing and was silent. After a while, the voice repeated<br />"Are you a projection of Steve's mind?"<br />"If you want to ask who I am, then yes, I am Steve!"<br />"Steve remained on Earth, you are only his consciousness. We continue, we need to answer a few questions and we will return you back to Steve's body"<br />...<br />Finally, when Steve answered all the questions, the voice was silent. Steve decided that this was the end and was right. The voice began to speak again<br />"When we return you back to your body you will forget everything. If you remember something, then it will seem to you that it was a dream goodbye to Stee ..... brbrbrbrbrbr." Steve felt that there was some kind of blow and the voice broke off. The light in his room turned off and on and after a moment the voice spoke again<br />"... Goodbye, Svetlana"<br />"What? What am I not ..."<br />But Steve did not have time to finish.<br />...<br />The last thing Steve remembered was that he went to the window to see what kind of light there was. He opened his eyes and saw that he was standing outside. There was sun in the sky and he felt his body blowing in the wind.<br />Steve remembered for sure that he was wearing clothes in the house and that there was no sun outside the window, and now everything was incense. He definitely felt the wind as if his legs were without pants. He looked around and saw a lot of people. He was definitely on the street.<br />Steve decided to check why he was so cold and looked down. Then he experienced the first shock and almost fell.
