After having acquired some babies, especially ones that had previously been a thorn in his side, Atlas can't help but see just how stinky they can be and how much they can push into their diapers. That's why he tends to fill their minds with programming he can easily activate, so that there's nothing on their minds but filling their diapers for Daddy...
