After distracting Mikai and co for long enough, Golden Freedom achieved their true objective. Corrupting her Mother into one of their Jõtaijin to try and break the girl's spirit. And while her Mother had plenty of pent up feelings regarding the ten years her daughter had been quiet and distant, that frustration being let loose only served to strengthen Mikai's attempts to break her free from her corruption. In the process, Mikai awakened her Light Unicorn form, and almost managed to take out Spider in the process. If not for Kanzei's swift interference, Golden Freedom's plans would've hit more than a simple road bump.

And even though she didn't manage to make any Pawns thanks to her sole focus on Mikai, her Pawns are on display as well. And yes, both are just blatant Street Fighter references. But she's a gamer, can you blame her for associating her feelings with a Final Boss?
