[Monster Lover, Size Difference]

"The numbers are down, Thomas. What's the excuse?"

"I, uhm, I... The guys in marketing, they're having a lot of trouble with the... T-The..."

"The what, Thomas? Spit it out, I'm not a psychic. You know I'm not that kinda Monster."

This world was a strange one. That much was obvious to anybody that joined this company, once they met the head of the department. A Wraith was what they called her. And she was part of these Monsters that had crashed some dozen decades ago.

Unlike what normally would happen in one of these situations, her predecessors were able to properly communicate with Humans. After... Well, after a couple violent skirmishes that resulted in some sexual tension brewing between both parties. And after a long night of passion, the Wraiths and their companions ended up integrating into human society bit by bit. Some even finding proper partners.

As a result, Monsters became a common day sight. Especially the ones that were born at the same rough size as their Human kin, which meant that they didn't have to be as careful as their peers. As, being the operative word. After all, they had bladed arms that could very definitely cut into people if they weren't careful.

"I-I know, Madam Vanessa, it's just-" The pencil-pusher tried his best to explain what was going on, before he caught the gaze of one of his coworkers. "T-Tim, you know what happened down there, don'tcha? You can tell the Madam!"

Tim, the most normal of normal men, raised an eyebrow slightly. Especially as his boss turned towards him, firmly pressing her bladed arm into the floor... Without causing more damage than she already had, knowing that the cleaners would get on her ass as they had done many times before.

"Go on, Tim." Vanessa said, crossing her more ordinary arms as she waited for an answer. "What's the reason for our numbers being lower than our target this quarter?" Honestly, she was probably just hoping somebody had an answer. She had a tendency to lash out like this when she got too frustrated.

Tim had seen it plenty of times. And frankly, he found it kinda... Cute? Yeah, it was kinda cute. But he couldn't focus on the cute part right now. Or... Oh, wait, that was it, wasn't it?

"Yeah, uh, one second." Tim said as he pulled out his phone, and flicked to the ad they had sent out. Of a Wraith, a bit less curvy than Vanessa, wearin' some of their specially designed swimwear for Monsters. "The problem seems to be... Well, we don't have a model that's attractive enough to sell our bikinis, boss."

"What's so wrong about her? She looks attractive enough." Vanessa shot back, scratching her chin slightly with the dull side of her bladed arm. "She's still young though, guess she has room to grow before she'll blossom into a real model."

Tim nodded a little absentmindedly. "Kinda like you, boss. You've got the age that'd bring in all the cash." He said, not really thinking about what he was saying.

He didn't even really think about what he had said, even as every single sound in the whole office suddenly stopped. Only the sound of his phone dropping harmlessly to the ground echoed out, prompting him to look towards his boss. "What'd I-"

The blush on Vanessa's face was palpable. He didn't even know that Wraiths could blush that humanely. Then again, that just made her even cuter, didn't it? ...Oh. Ohhhh. Oh. That's what he had done, wasn't it?

"Come again, Tim?" Vanessa was trying her very hardest to remain calm in the face of such an offhand compliment. Especially since... W-Well, she hadn't ever heard one that was that genuine...

Tim paused as he looked at his boss one more good time, before smiling softly. "I think you're cute, boss. And you'd be much better at selling our stuff than the current model is. You're so cute that I'd invite you out if I could."

To say that his boss exploded would be an understatement. The steam that was pouring out of her ears, the way that she instinctively carved her bladed arms into the ground, and the way that she just kept on trembling in response... It was so, so cute. And she definitely wasn't angry either, the expression on her face made that clear. Even if she didn't have any eyes to properly express herself as much as her subordinates.

"...I-I-If... If I... If I took that offer, Tim." Vanessa muttered, having lost any semblance of charisma or composure. Now looking like a blushing schoolgirl that could hear her heart pounding against her chest with every word that left her lips. "W-W-Where would you like to go..?"

The rest of the office couldn't believe what they were seeing. Their hardass of a boss, who had a lot of trouble properly connecting to the team even though she definitely tried to have their best intentions in mind... She was... She was melting in front of their very eyes. What in the world was Tim doing..?

"Wherever you'd like to go." Tim said with a smile still growing on his face. "For a cute and pretty lady like you, Vanessa, I'd go anywhere." He knew just what to say. Of course he did. The only thing that had held him back all this time... It was simply the fact he wasn't feeling confident. But now that he was seeing her like this?

What did he have to fear, if she really was this goddamn cute?

Silence. For about a minute or so, as Vanessa quietly cleared her throat.

"You guys take care of things here. I... I have to take the rest of the day off." She tried to act like she had the same power and dignity as usual. But all that she could muster was this meek request, as she quietly took off.

Leaving everyone to stare at Tim, who simply shrugged his shoulders in response. He didn't see anything weird about what had just happened.

"Dude." One of the other pencil pushers spoke up. "You find her attractive? Like, really?"

"You don't?" Tim shot back, before stretching a bit. Best not let the good lady worry too much about the work being done...

Tomorrow, he'd meet with her at her place, and he'd take her for the ride of her life.

---

"H-How do I look..?"

Tim had pulled up to Vanessa's place, which was a lot harder to find than he originally thought. Who would've imagined that the boss of a big company like theirs liked to live out in the sticks? Actually, that probably explained why she was always in a rather irritable mood...

But he almost forgot all about that as he laid his eyes upon her. It just... It just vanished in a puff of smoke as soon as he saw the boss in that pretty pink dress. Which completely didn't fit her monstrous frame, and yet...

It was so cute. It really, really complimented her mature charm. Maturity, combined with an edge of cuteness, made for the cutest kind of girls. And Vanessa... Well, she was the cutest one of them all.

Even if she hadn't really been able to properly apply her lipstick. Probably because of the Wraith's lack of dedicated eyesight. Sure, she could vaguely tell what things looked like, but that didn't mean she had a full grasp of where her mouth was or anything. Resulting in a bit too much pink around her face... Not that it mattered, when she had applied such a thick coat. She'd be able to kiss him for sure.

"You look great, Bo... Vanessa." Tim caught himself before he called her by that nickname. Best to just keep work for work, and love times for love times. Seemed much more appropriate, if you asked him.

Vanessa blushed a lot as he called her by her name, and also complimented her like he had done at work. "Y-You really mean that? I... This was the only dress I had lying around, I didn't have time to properly pick out anything that was more sexy... You're into those sexy types, I'm sure you are. But-"

Tim cut off the worried Monster with a smile on his face, pressing his finger up against her absolutely lipstick-caked lips. "No need to worry about all that, Vanessa. Let's just enjoy ourselves today. Here, I'll drive. If you drive now, you're in for a bunch of trouble."

"I... I suppose you're right." She had to admit that her current state of mind was just going to lead to a lot of accidents. With how flustered she was at the moment, she wasn't even sure if she was going to be able to stand straight by the time that they made it into the city. "You just... You just lead the way, Dear-" She paused, blushing as she covered her face.

Her subordinate... No, Tim chuckled in response to the slip of the tongue. "We're not that far along yet, Vanessa. But you can call me Dear if you want. I won't stop you." She was just so cute. So utterly adorable, despite the monster aspects... No, especially because of them. Especially as she idly scratched away at the ground with her blade arms.

Could she get any cuter... Well, he could only hope.

---

"It's so... It's so cute..!"

Tim had his hand over his heart. Just to make sure that he didn't end up having an episode due to how utterly adorable Vanessa was being. Who could've predicted that she was into big stuffed animals? Not to mention, he never did realize that they sold stuffed versions of monsters. It was... Well, was it degrading to sell monster plushies? He wasn't sure, but...

Seeing her hug a cartoonish version of her species, that was about the same size as her? It was beyond cute. Beyond adorable. If he was sick, he was sure that seeing it would find a way to cure his ailments. He... Gosh, she was just so cute.

"Don't you think so too, Dear?" Vanessa felt a lot less pressure on her, after he had gone ahead and helped her purchase this big toy. "I-I mean, I'm really happy you picked this out for me. I... I've always wanted one, but I never felt like it would feel right to buy one. What with my image and all that..." She muttered, reflecting on how strict she had been.

"Who you are at work and who you are at home are two completely different things, Vanessa." Tim said in a supportive manner, before grinning a little. "Not that you stop being cute when you clock in. You're still my Vanessa. Just like I'm your Dear." He was playing up this charismatic angle so hard. And he was doing a damn good job at it too, considering how quickly she melted in response to his constant prodding and prying...

Vanessa quickly hugged her stuffed Wraith even harder, making sure that she wasn't accidentally damaging it with her bladed arms. "Y-You're just saying that to try and charm me." She was getting a little smarter the more he spent around her. Wisening up to his manly charm. Even if she was smiling a lot at the same time, because every single compliment gave her more and more confidence to just be the girl she was at heart.

"Try? Vanessa, you're turning red all over. I don't need to try to charm you. I know you're cute. Just reminding you that people know you're as cute as you seem." Tim replied, before leaning over and kissing her right on her cheek. "You think I'd do that if all I wanted to do was charm you?"

She didn't have a good response. All she could do was just blush more and more, as she practically melted right then and there. Her legs refused to move, and her blades were just flailing weakly. She was completely and utterly struck by love. And... And... G-Gosh, he was just the most handsome man she had ever met, now that she really got to know him.

Thankfully, he came prepared for a situation like this. Even if it was more just a coincidence that he was prepared to lift a lady that was way heavier than he was.

A steady regiment of casual self improvement led him to easily be able to lift her into his arms, where she'd keep trembling. All while he carefully carried her back to their car. In a grand show of true masculinity...

As if he even really needed to make her fall for him even more...

---

To say that they did a lot would make a long story really short. But they really did. And by the time they got home, the two were thoroughly exhausted.

Especially Tim, who had to carry Vanessa more than a single time. Made for one hell of a workout at least, and left him sweating on the way back to her place.

"I hope you enjoyed everything today, Vanessa. I'm really happy I got the chance to show you what it's like to be normal. Well, as normal as the cutest thing on the whole planet can be." Tim smiled, as he carefully got up from the car. Still aching slightly as all that carrying had got to him.

Vanessa climbed out as well, keeping a little quiet as she stepped over to him. "There's just... One thing I'd like to do, before you go. I hope you don't mind." She asked, as looked towards him. Almost as if she had been expecting something the entire time they were out.

It didn't take long for him to realize what he had missed, prompting him to smirk slightly. "Of course." He said, as he wrapped his arms around his lovably adorable partner. They were all but together at this point, so this was really just a formality. But a damn good formality it was.

Tim leaned up slightly, all to make it easier to kiss the Wraith that was his boss. And as he showed her the lead, Vanessa returned the favor, kissing him straight on the lips. Smearing all of the lipstick on her face all over his face as well...

She wasn't the best kisser. Not by a long shot. But that didn't matter. She kissed him from the heart. Her kiss was filled with her love and her kindness. And that was what had attracted him to her. What had made him start to fall for her. Really, the fact that he hadn't thought when he was speaking earlier... That was all because his crush had reached a point where he just thought it was normal to do...

So having her return this love was everything he ever could've hoped for. A delight that he definitely made sure to cherish. Especially as they pulled away, and just gazed at one another for a few moments. Happy to be together, with the one that they had fallen in love with...

"Well. I'd better get going. It's late, you kn-"

Before Tim had the chance to properly announce that he left, he noticed that Vanessa wasn't letting go. And the look on her face... It seemed a lot more... lustful than it had been. Which he wasn't against, but he definitely felt a little shiver run down his spine.

"I think..." Vanessa's tone, as sweet as it had been, took a decidedly more needy turn. "It's time that you and I do something I've been wanting to do for a long time. Dear." She even put emphasis on that playful nickname. As if he was meant to have it from the very beginning.

Well, who was he to argue with the chance to fuck somebody he had crushed on for quite a while? "Then I'll make this night just as unforgettable as the rest of the day." He smirked back. Right before she whisked him into her home...

And the sound of their passionate lovemaking would continue throughout the night, as the new lovers just couldn't keep themselves off one another...

--

"Aaahhh... Remember the day I accidentally called you cute in front of all the coworkers, hun? Remember how you reacted?"

Years had passed since that day. And yet, their love remained ever strong. Especially as they laid in bed together, with Tim resting his head up against his beloved Vanessa's shoulder...

"I remember being shocked you'd ever call me cute. But I guess you helped put me on the right path. To think that somebody like me would ever be good as a model. But it worked. And it's all thanks to the confidence you had in me, Dear." Vanessa said, as she gave her beloved a lil' kiss on the cheek. An affectionate gesture she had gotten a lot better at, ever since they tied the knot.

"I just did what I'd do to anybody I loved. But I'm very happy that you're the one I fell in love with." Tim was his charismatic self, even after all these years. And just as he had done many times before, he placed his hand on Vanessa's stomach. Which was nice and bloated, all thanks to the brood brewing inside.

Vanessa chuckled as she blushed a bit. "You really do have a way with words, Dear..." She said, as she hugged him even closer than he already was. "I hope the kids take after you, and become just as charming."

"Just as I hope they take after their adorable Mother and end up the cutest that they can be." Tim shot back, kissing his beloved on the cheek just as she had kissed him. All while still smiling like he always did...

To think that their love would bloom this much, just because he didn't think too much when he spoke. Not that the start of their love mattered that much...

What mattered was that their love endured. No matter what, they'd be together...
