[Generification, Goddess TF]
"Tamamo no Mae! You have to stop your wanton acts of vandalism! Seriously, stop, it's causing way more problems than my department is able to handle!"
Tamamo raised an eyebrow, quietly letting go of her latest prey. Who was it, Kato Danzo..? Whoever it was, the Servant she had just claimed was now nothing more than another face in the crowd. And she had absorbed so many histories that she hadn't really been able to focus on who and what her latest victims were.
But she definitely recognized the swimsuit-clad space cop from the Servant Universe. At least, that's what she thought she was meant to be. Mysterious Heroine XX, the future version of one of the other Servants that she had converted. Which was probably why the Saberface- Sorry, Tamamoface was currently stuck with a cute kitsune tail and a pair of equally cute ears poking out of her head.
"Mmm? What's so wrong with what I'm doing?" Tamamo smiled as she let her finger rest against her lip. Giggling as she thought about the many faces that now blended into the crowd. The Kings and the Heroes of yore, all having been turned into mere common workers of Chaldea, as their histories and power had become hers All of them slowly building the power inside her, allowing her to spout eight total tails with one still on the verge of manifesting properly. Each filled with the collected power of each Class. Well, her own tail and seven that represented the main classes, with the remaining one serving as a congregation of all the Extra Classes...
MHXX ruffled her own hair as she let out a frustrated sigh. Since her own history had been changed, thanks to Tamamo slurping up the history of her younger self, she was well aware that she was technically meant to be her as well. But thanks to the funky properties of the Servant Universe, she was still able to manifest as herself, and be fully aware that she wasn't meant to be who she was.
"Listen." The overworked and extra hungry Foreigner said as she pointed towards a set of gaps in space time that warped to and fro, all of them growing more and more unstable. "Because you've been consuming all these histories and making them part of yourself, you're causing paradox after paradox. Haven't you thought about the fact that Greek Heroes that were known to fight one another, like Achilles and Penthesilea, can't coexist as part of a whole? There's way more than just them, and the fact that you represent all of them is causing the fabric of space and time to tear itself apart!"
Tamamo chuckled as her 'older self' looked so exhausted. She didn't blame her. In fact, she was one of the very few Servants that she hadn't yet absorbed. If anything, the fact that she hadn't absorbed her history was probably why she was saddled with so much stress. But she also had to admit, she was making a good point. Even she, in all of her glory, could tell that something was wrong...
"If what you're saying is true." Tamamo spoke up, before resting her head on the palm of her hand. All while smiling as she observed the overworked office kitsune. "Then that would explain why there's been a few too many minor Singularities. Leaving me and my dear Master so overworked. You're saying all of that is because I wanted to be the only one that deserved my Master's gaze?"
"Yes! Yes, yes, exactly!" MHXX said, happy that her 'younger self'- That Tamamo seemed to understand what she was getting at. That made everything so much easier. "So, to fix this, we essentially need to make conduits that can contain your power. There's no way that we'll be able to untangle all the histories you've thrown into disrepair due to your wanton desires, but there's at least a way to make them all click. All we have to do is pull a couple of them out, and give them new life in the form of Tails. Not unlike the Tamamo Nine that you were once part of!" She concluded, before narrowing her eyes. "You didn't absorb them all again, right? You're not about to turn into Amaterasu when I turn around, right..?"
"If that was the case, you would know, wouldn't you?" Tamamo giggled. Even now, she wasn't about to ascend back into that horrid beast-like Goddess. No, she was very happy being the fox that she was. And if she was going to ascend, she was going to do it on her own terms. Still, the idea of making brand new Tails wasn't exactly a bad one. It would allow her to lay back and rest, because they'd all be more than strong enough to handle the various threats within the Singularities...
Those Singularities were composed of the dregs that hadn't been properly absorbed. Offshoots that still believed that they were the real owners of histories. They were like tiny meals for her. Nowhere near fulfilling, because their histories were essentially fakes. Really, Tamamo wouldn't have much trouble keeping up the job of closing them. But if they just kept on being formed, then it'd all be pointless in the long run.
"If I were to make these Tails." The Kitsune said once more, as she stepped closer to her 'older self'. All while letting her eight manifested tails slowly sway back and forth, her heels clicking as she came closer and closer. Almost like a predator approaching her prey. Almost like she had ill intentions in mind. "What exactly are we averting? I want to hear it from your cute lips."
But of course she wouldn't. MHXX knew her 'younger self' well. She would never dare consume her. Not when there was this much at stake. She was selfish, obsessive and very possessive. But she was not omnicidal or willing to sacrifice everything, all because of her love for her Master and Partner.
"We'll be averting the complete collapse of Human History. If you absorb even one more Servant, all the contradictions will cause all of Human History to implode upon itself, and take out existence as we know it. It might even spread to other universes, and there's no telling what might happen from there." MHXX explained, the 'Tamamoface' blushing and wagging her tail as Tamamo put her finger on her chin. Of course it felt nice to be touched by her 'younger self'. She was such a powerful figure. But that was why she was trying to talk sense into her. So she could be powerful and sensible!
Tamamo closed her eyes for a moment, smiling as she let the thoughts dwell on her mind. "Indeed. It would be a shame to lose my beloved. My Master. If she were to disappear, I don't know what I would do. Probably tear a hole in the very concept of the universe, all so I can be with her again. Even if it's not the same Master." She explained, sounding as if she really did grasp what was going to happen if she were to devour one more history.
"Excellent, then let's get started!" MHXX smiled from ear to ear. She managed to do it. She managed to talk sense into Tamamo. Her younger self understood how important the fabric of spacetime was. This way, there's no way that she would absorb another identity. She would... she...
Her eyes widened for a moment, as she gazed into a mirror. That was... Tamamo's mirror, wasn't it? But... But she just sounded like she understood. Why would she show her that identity-stealing mirror..? She... She was risking everything...
"But there's one thing you've neglected to account for, dear." Tamamo chimed, as she carefully caressed MHXX's cheek. All while sounding so secure. So assured that nothing would go bad. "There's nothing that will keep me from my Master. Even if history implodes, I will be there with her. And if I am a paradox, then history will bend to my whim. Until everything understands that it is there for the sake of me and my beloved. Nothing else matters."
She was so egotistical that she assumed the world itself would bend to her whims. MHXX knew that her younger self was overwhelming. But she was wholly unprepared for this. She was... She... What... What was she..?
The colors drained from MHXX, and her bikini turned back into a modest uniform. Her hair grew shorter and blacker, leaving her looking just like any other member of Chaldea. She even got a pair of glasses that hid how tired she was. Not that she understood why she was tired. She didn't really strive to work overtime...
She barely even acknowledged the radiance in front of her. Tamamo was simply too bright for her to properly recognize. It was a wonderful light. But she didn't have anything to say. She merely walked away. Walking deeper into Chaldea, as the rips in space and time grew stronger and stronger...
It didn't intimidate Tamamo in the slightest. Especially not as her final tail finally manifested in all of its glory. She had finally regained all nine tails. Which should make her ascend back into the divine form of Amaterasu. A form she loathed above all.
But this time, things would be different. She was more than Amaterasu. She was more than anybody ever was. And with a great big smile, she laughed as time and space broke around her.
"Time and Space is nothing, when faced with Tamamo no Mae!"
As the proud Kitsune boasted about the power of her name, the mirror she had used so many times finally began to shatter...
---
"Lady Tamamo!"
Then her eyes opened. And she found herself faced with quite the peculiar sight. Well, who wouldn't think that it was strange to see such a different environment, after time and space had begun to break down around her? The fact that she was completely unscathed was something that was beyond surprising...
But perhaps not as surprising as the many cute ladies that were now standing in front of her. Each of them kneeling in front of her, all of them giving off the same sort of power that she had. But at the same time, she could tell that they weren't her. Or at least, not in the traditional sense. She could feel her presence inside them, that much was sure, but...
Her surprised expression curled into a smile as she gazed at the women in front of her. It took a moment for the gears inside her mind to properly click together, but she couldn't help but softly chuckle as she understood exactly who they were. They were some of the ladies that she had absorbed... Some of the powerful warriors, kings and deities, all of them now serving her. But it wasn't just that they were serving her. No, they were more than simply Servants.
Raikou. Artoria. Artemis. Three powerful women... Three loyal kitsune. At a single glance, they seemed like they were just as they always had been. But looking closer, you’d be able to see the manifestations of Tamamo within them. Kitsune ears poking out of their heads, wispy tails growing right above their rears. Even their outfits had been changed slightly, mixing their usual attire with that of Tamamo’s favorite dress. In short, they represented the influence that Tamamo had over them... Because they were now aspects of her. They were manifestations of her divinity. The paradoxes had been fixed, by returning the Servants to their original selves. But since she was still in possession of their histories, the three, and all the other Servants that lined the sides of her divine hall... They were kitsune. And thus, they were Tamamo.
'Lady' Tamamo giggled as she let her head rest on the palm of her head. "Good morning to you as well, my Servants." She said, causing the three women to tremble in turn. Even if they had been 'returned to normal', they were still subservient to the divinity that now maintained existence. Everything was Tamamo, and Tamamo was everything...
The three Kitsune lifted their heads. "There are still more that try to meddle with history. May we move to intercept?" It was hard to tell which of them was speaking, since their histories were still partly melded with Tamamo. Essentially causing her to see them as both their original selves, and as lesser parts of her. Certainly not helped by their tails being nowhere near fully manifested, indicating how much of Tamamo’s power they were tapping into.
Tamamo nodded, waving the three off. "Leave me be. There's a certain somebody that I need to spoil." She said, with the three kitsune each lowering their heads in turn. Of course they wouldn't want to keep their Goddess occupied. She had many more important tasks than managing Servants like them.
With that, the trio departed. Letting their hips sway seductively as their heels clicked against the ground. Something that made Tamamo chuckle more, as she didn't expect her Servants to be such eyecandy. Perhaps it was her own power that led to this change. Regardless of the reason, she wasn't bothered by the sight.
It didn't take much longer for the rest of the Kitsune to leave as well. The maids, the Servants that served her as nothing more than actual servants rather, didn't wish to disturb her either. They understood that when the Goddess wanted personal time, then she wanted to be alone.
She could spot so many familiar faces among the ranks. Many that she had long since absorbed. Mata Hari, Medea... All sorts of beauties were now wearing her colors. All of them understood that they were an aspect of her. All of them acting in accordance with her wishes. Really, she almost wished that she could keep them here to admire them a little more. But she knew that she would get terribly distracted. Especially when she had requested a certain girl's presence.
"Tamamoooo! You wanted to see me?"
Not long after, the doors to her personal chamber opened. And there was Gudako. Her beloved, her adorable, her absolutely wonderful Master. The one girl that hadn't been touched by time and space bending to the divinity's will...
Gudako was still the same chipper and frankly ignorant girl that she always was. Not a tail on her. Not an ear on her. She was just as Tamamo always liked her. Her beloved Master...
"Of course I wanted to see you, Master." Tamamo said, as she spread her arms wide. "Come. It's time for me to spoil you rotten, Master. My beloved." Ah. Ahhhh... Just talking about her like this, seeing her smile at her. It made everything worth it. It didn't matter that the world broke in response to what she had done. Because she was still here. She was still able to love her Master in every possible way. That was the only thing that mattered.
Gudako giggled in turn as she stepped closer, climbing onto her beloved Servant's lap. "You know, you spoil me way more than rotten, Tamamo. I've never heard of a Goddess that loved a human this much!" She was still ignorant. Or rather, there's no way that she could've noticed that the world broke. To her, Tamamo had always been a Goddess. A Goddess that loved her with every inch of her heart.
"Of course I spoil you, Master. Why wouldn't I? You mean the whole world to me." Tamamo said, as she carefully caressed Gudako's cheek. She really did mean it. She had defied the destruction of time and space, just to recraft the world in her image. Something she never thought was possible, mind you, but it's not like she was against everyone being part of her.
"Oh, stop it, you're embarrassing me!" Gudako giggled as she nuzzled up against that hand. She always loved this sensation. Being rubbed by her beloved. Her Goddess of a lover was always so gentle, despite how much power was at her fingertips. "You really are the very best, Tamamo. I never thought I'd fall in love with a Goddess, but, guess that's just how fate works!"
"Mmhm. It was fate that brought us together." Tamamo said. She could practically visualize how the world bent to her command. Allowing her to heed Gudako's original call for help in this world. A call for help that should've never been able to contact somebody as powerful as her. But she was meant to be with her. Always and forever. That would never change, even when the world changed.
Gudako giggled as she hugged her beloved Servant and Goddess as tightly as she could. Nuzzling into her generous bosom, as she gazed up into her eyes. "I love you a lot, Tamamo. No matter how many times I say it, it never gets old. Just as you never will. It makes me a little sad, knowing I might not be there for you."
"I'll always be there for you. No matter what." Tamamo asserted. Death wouldn't keep them apart. Nothing would. She had certainly proven it too. Nothing would get between her and her Master...
And as she hugged and caressed Gudako more and more, she noticed that one of the maids was peeking in. Prompting a smirk from the Goddess, as the maid quickly ran off. It was Nero, or rather the fox that she had become. It seemed as if the Emperor still retained a tiny bit of herself. Or perhaps she was envious of her Master this time around? Now wouldn't that be amusing. To have her rival now be devoted to her instead...
But that didn't matter. Nero could do what she wanted. She would never be able to live up to the same kind of love that Gudako was able to show. That much she was absolutely sure of. Nothing in the whole world, in any universe, could beat the kind of love that her beloved had for her.
And this world, one dominated and ruled by her... It was all for her Master. Gudako was a lucky girl, having a devoted Goddess as a lover. A Goddess that had absorbed all histories, so that she had become history itself...
Ehe. She never expected that her scheme would lead to this. But she didn't mind. After all, she still had her Master. And she would remain hers, until the very end...
