[Roboticization, Genderswap, Corruption]

The Darkness. A primordial ooze that served as the fabric that kept the space between dimensions held together. Even though it was like an endless void that would inevitably swallow you whole, it allowed for individuals to pass through and travel to worlds that weren't their own. If they could resist its influence. If they could resist its pull and resist what it tried to whisper into their ears, and avoid becoming part of it. If they could do that, then their passage to other worlds was secured.

But it did not sit still. It was not satisfied with its current influence. It would never grow satisfied. As long as there were worlds that it could connect and make part of it, it would never be satisfied. Which was why it enlisted creatures that lived within it. Those it had consumed and assimilated. Those that obeyed its want and need to spread. They were to do anything in their power to allow it entrance into these worlds, so it could consume as it wanted.

And one of the worlds that had garnered the Darkness' attention was a world that was almost out of reach. It could almost reach it, but its influence was faint. Which was why it sent one of its most powerful pawns. To establish a proper link between it and that world, and if it was possible, start the invasion. Claim anybody that seemed useful. And make this world part of the Darkness..!

That was the Overlord's task. And it knew that he would fulfill it to the best of his abilities. As he had done so many times before...

---

"This world..."

The sound of metal smashing against stone echoed out as a large red-hued robotic dragonoid took steps towards the edge of the building he was currently standing on. He had only just arrived in this world on the orders of the Darkness, but he could feel the ripe energy that the world was emitting. It was untouched by the Darkness. He was the very first to arrive. His mere presence would serve as a beacon for the inhabitants, due to the differences between his body's construction and the laws of this world. Which seemed all-too-counterproductive to his ultimate goal.

At least, that's what it would've been if he was anybody else. All the other envoys from the Darkness were more content to keep their energies hidden. They wanted to operate on nothing but subterfuge and infiltration tactics. He didn't do that. He went for the straightforward approach. Besides, if the world wasn't able to handle him, then it wasn't a useful world in the first place!

"Now, come to me, Heroes of this World!" The red-shaded mechanical dragonoid shouted from the depths of his mechanical soul as his shoulder pads shot out, with hard-light tattered wings springing forth and flaring themselves to make him look even more impressive. "COME AND FACE THE OVERLORD THAT WILL-"

*CLANG*

His body went flying. Not far, merely a few feet back to the point where he was standing on the other side of the roof, his body trembling slightly as it adjusted for the impact inflicted upon him and quickly started to regenerate. Leaving little sign of that last strike behind on his form. "Fast. These last few worlds weren't nearly this quick to respond to my challenge." The dragonoid said as his anthropomorphic face twisted into a grin. "State your name, Hero! I wish to know who stands against my conquest!"

"Since when did I say I was a Hero?" The woman who had hit him in the first place was a woman that did very little to hide herself. Though she was nowhere near as tall as him, more so due to the excess that had gone into the invader's construction rather than the woman being short, she still maintained a lot of presence due to the silver scaled armor that covered her arms and her legs, leaving the parts of her body that would be most active defended so she could more accurately guard attacks. Combine that with the horns that poked out of her head, the impressive wings that had just been tucked closer to her back after she had flown all the way up to this rooftop, and the wing-adorned halberd in her hands, and she looked like some sort of draconic knight. "I'm here because I want to save this world, I'm here because you're butting in on our plans. And if you want my name, then give me yours first!"

The draconoid's optics quietly adjusted themselves as he started scanning the draconic woman standing on the other side of the roof, pointing that halberd directly towards his core. Despite her appearance, she was definitely adept. If not for the thickness of his armor, she would've inflicted a fatal hit. Which caused him to laugh as several parts of his large red body started to glow blue, the energies within his core pouring out into his body. "To have the Villains of the world come to stop me first, the Heroes here must be green behind the ears still!" The dragonoid laughed more as his hard-light wings flattened out and started blowing in the wind, more like a cape than a set of limbs that would let him fly. "I am The Arrival - Overlord Helheim! And I swear upon my honor that you will meet your end, for the sake of the Darkness' continued conquest!"

"Helheim, eh?" The blonde dragon woman said as she spun her halberd around a bit. Adding that title to his name made it rather difficult to exploit him. Which was why she had to do things the old fashioned way. "That's one weird name. Kinda sounds like a card now that I think about it. But I like it! You're straight and to the point, even if you sound ridiculous!" She shouted, her grin widening in turn. "I am Silver Knight! I stand in your path and serve as your toughest opponent yet, Overlord Helheim! Face me if you dare!"

Overlord Helheim laughed. Oh yes. This was the kind of fight that he had been craving. No tricks. No fancy way of getting him to let his guard down. Just a one on one fight. That was exactly how he liked to fight. "Then I hope you live up to your own words, Silver Knight! I will give you no quarter if you fail!" He shouted as he dashed forward, his heavy frame causing the roof underneath him to crack bit by bit, all while he reached his clawless arm out and let a massive hard-light blade sprout from it as it dragged along that perilous ground.

Silver Knight grinned as well, spreading her wings as she took to the skies. While Overlord Helheim's size definitely seemed impressive, it was ultimately a hindrance against somebody like her. She could use her agility and her strength to her advantage, especially when she paired it with her draconic abilities. A deep breath was all it took as she spewed forth freezing cold winds, guaranteed to freeze anybody. Even a draconic machine from another world.

At least, that's what she thought it would. Before Overlord Helheim laughed as the energy that formed his blade grew denser and warmer. All so he could slash straight forward, melting and evaporating this freezing breath with just one slash. A slash that carried the heat as well, sending a shockwave made from that heat straight towards the flying Knight!

Silver Knight darted out of the way, spinning her halberd as she started looking for any weak spots she might exploit. "You don't call yourself Overlord for nothing!" She shouted, changing her tactics from locking him down and instead going on the offensive by striking at his armor to try and crack open one of his vulnerabilities.

"I've taken this title for a good reason, Silver Knight!" Overlod Helheim shouted as he tried to slash towards the approaching dragoness, only for her to roll right past the slash and drive the stip of her halberd into his shoulderjoint, before blindsiding him with her tail as it slammed straight into one of his optics as she took to the skies once more before he could land a hit. "Unlike the name you've taken, obscuring your true nature as a Fae, Overlord represents the history behind my battles! And the longer we fight, the more you will realize it!"

Despite being an enormous machine, he was smarter than he looked. The fact he could see straight through her and understand what she was by only being in this world for a couple of minutes at most... She couldn't allow him to stick around. He'd steal her prey right from under her nose. She had worked really hard to make sure the MTR were going to fall at her hand. And this machine wouldn't stop her! "Let's see about tha-"

*BANG*

Silver Knight's eyes widened as the bottom of her wing was singed. All while she could see the grin on the Overlord's face, and the smoke from the cannon that had been a blade just moments prior. "I've already begun to analyze your movements, Silver Knight. I commend you for switching up your tactics, but I've been through more battles than you can imagine!" He shouted, laughing as the silver-scaled dragoness was forced to land. "Now, let's see if you'll be worth the effort."

Worth the effort? Now he was getting cocky. Rather unfortunate for him too, as the ground underneath him had begun to show structural weaknesses. All it would take to shatter it would be a good blow, or in the case of the powers available to her, a good roar. "GGAAAAAAOOOO!" She shouted, almost cartoonishly so.

"...Hah! Haha! Adorabl-" Overlord Helheim was very momentarily distracted, before the roar behind that shout blew forward. He didn't have the chance to slash through this attack, even though it barely did any damage to his actual armor. No, what took damage was the roof underneath him, the extra damage caused by the sonic roar causing it to shatter and cave in under the enormous mechanical dragonoid, causing him to fall one story... Then two, then a couple more as his voice grew more and more distant.

Silver Knight grinned. "Serves you right to underestimate me. Worth the effort, who does he think he is?" She laughed, before wincing a bit as she looked to her wing. It looked like the wound that he had inflicted upon it wasn't healing. Great, she'd have to get that checked later, otherwise she was going to have to deal with MTR without being ready. And that wasn't going to be a great time.

As she took a step forward and spread her wings, her chest started to ache, and she fell onto her knees. The pain from the wing was spreading all throughout her. All while traces of blue were pouring across her body, the same sort of blue shade as the blue that had been flashing on Overlord Helheim's body. It seemed as if he had left her with some sort of curse, poison or anything in that general bin. Not that she'd be able to tell the difference, she wasn't one for those kinds of tactics.

"Helheim Virus." And in the moment she showed weakness, the Overlord returned with a grin on his face. And a bunch of rocks covering his body, something that didn't seem to bother him as his hard-light wings were flapping and keeping him afloat. He had managed to ascend so quickly... He was definitely something else. "That's what's infected you, Silver Knight. A physical manifestation of my history. A manifestation of what I've fought against, what I've fought for, what I crave. And all it takes to infect you is a single wound. You should've kept your guard up, because now you only have two options."

Silver Knight grit her teeth a bit as she grabbed her halberd, using it to push herself up before her grip slipped thanks to the pain inside her. Moving like that was difficult. Especially as the blue glow started to sink towards her heart. Getting closer and closer, the pain wrapping its way around her most important organ. "Go on... What options..?" She grit her teeth, glaring straight towards her new enemy. He wasn't about to win. Even with this pouring through her, she wasn't about to give up.

"It's simple! You either give up and fall victim to the Helheim Virus, or you overcome it and become stronger for it. Only then will you be a worthy opponent, and this world worth assimilating into the Darkness! SO COME, SILVER KNIGHT! PROVE TO ME THAT THIS WORLD IS WORTH IT!" Overlord Helheim said, pointing his blade towards her as it trembled with the same energy that was tearing away at his opponent's heart.

Silver Knight grit her teeth. She could feel her body trying to rip itself apart the longer that Virus spent inside her. She didn't have a lot of options. She could try to fly at him and strike him when his guard was lowered by this test, but she hadn't yet inflicted enough damage to expose one of his joints. And even then, if he could survive a fall that far, then he would be able to overcome the loss of an arm or a leg. Which meant that she had one option.

Despite the pain in her body, she spread her wings far. All while her pained expression widened into a smile. All as her power made itself manifest in front of her. In the form of a sigil. A sigil depicting her authority as a dragon. Her authority as a Fae!

Overlord Helheim very briefly raised an eyebrow, before every single part of his body responded in kind to this authority. His systems were being forcibly overwritten as his body rapidly started shrinking and growing sleeker, a momentary scream leaving his lips as that very same scream grew more and more feminine. What was she doing to him?! What was this trick she had up her sleeve... And why didn't she show it off sooner, if she knew it could be this effective against him!?

As the Overlord let out a powerful scream, Silver Knight felt the pain of his Virus leaving her. Or rather, the blue energy was assimilating into her. Healing what damage it had inflicted. Filling her with even more power. So much so that her halberd and her wings, even her tail were being coated in a protective layer of this intense energy. So this was what it felt like to be wielding his power. To be wielding the power of the dragon who wanted little more than to fight and conquer.

Silver Knight grinned. Well, she hadn't really expected her sigil to work. It only usually worked against those that had absolutely no defenses up. Which usually meant she had to do quite a lot of damage before it was effective. The fact it had worked in a situation as tense and as troubling as this was both relieving... And exciting. Because it meant the Overlord wasn't just for show.

"H-haaah... Haaah... What's this sensation inside me..?" Overlord Helheim muttered as he looked at himself. Only for his crimson body to turn a deeper shade of red as he noticed that he wasn't actually male any longer. The rather generous metallic curves on her form were more than enough evidence of that. "What in the name of the Darkness did you do to me, Silver Knight!?" She shouted, her form significantly more humanoid and much more compressed compared to her original size and form. Something that made her feel a little naked, but more than that just surprised.

Silver Knight's grin widened. "Just a little taste of my authority. I didn't think you'd get transformed, but you've turned out well, Overlord Helheim!" She shouted, slamming the end of her halbert against the partly destroyed roof. "Now, with this transformation building through you, you must understand exactly what it means to face me. You know what happens if you were to defy me, now that you know who I am?"

Overlord Helheim panted. Her new feminized body was responding favorably to the power of the dragon in front of her. So much so that her energy started to turn silver. It felt good to listen. It felt good to fall in line. It would be so easy to obey and listen to somebody so beautiful.

Which was why she let out a roar and let her wings sprout, those hard-light constructs looking a lot more straightforward and undamaged compared to before. The same could be said for her claws, considering one of them hadn't been replaced by a stump that turned into a blade or a cannon. "Oh, I know all too well! And that is why I defy you, Silver Knight! You may have authority according to this world, but that authority means little unless you truly test it against me!" She shouted, the silver color on her body replaced with the blue shades of her will to fight.

"Persistent!" Silver Knight shouted as she spun her halberd once more, letting her longer wings spread out and prepare herself to take flight. "You were prepared for that sigil, weren't you!? Were you just taunting me by enduring its effects?!" She shouted louder, a slight blush on her cheeks as she did so. That kind of strength was starting to get to her. Growing more attractive by the second. Probably because of the feminine figure showing it off. No, she had to stay focused. She was only a woman at the moment due to her sigil. Overlord Helheim was still a man at heart. She had to stay focused and think about the machine beneath this current transformation. To make sure that she wouldn't go easy on him.

"Hardly! I take every attack at full power! There'd be no honor if you didn't take everything your enemy had to give, and then some!" Overlord Helheim shouted out once more as her energies grew stronger and brighter, all as she reached into her bright-blue core, drawing two identical blades that were roughly the same size as the one she had grown from her arm prior. "So come, Silver Knight! Let's finish this! SHOW ME THE TRUE DEPTHS OF YOUR STRENGTH, BROUGHT OUT AND MADE MANIFEST!"

Both Dragons had a grin on their respective faces. Whether it was the native Silver Knight, or the currently feminized and thoroughly mechanical Overlord Helheim. This had brought out a fire in them that wouldn't be easy to quench. But as they flew at one another, blades ready to go for the heart, they knew that only one would win.

And they would put all on the line to secure victory!

---

An hour later, the victor had been crowned.

Silver Knight had been sent flying through the skies. Flying towards a remote hill, where she made impact and left a small crater in her wake. She could feel her body aching after what she had just gone through. Despite her power rapidly growing throughout the fight, despite matching that feminized mechanical marvel blow for blow, the fact of the matter was that she was still flesh and blood. And her assault that tried to catch an enemy off guard by keeping them unable to properly defend themselves due to a flurry of endlessly powerful attacks was not nearly as effective against an opponent who could just adapt and adjust her attacks accordingly, to either guard against the ones that came towards her or counter and clash against the ones that weren't going to reach her.

"You fought well, Silver Knight." Overlord Helheim said as she slowly descended towards the defeated and thoroughly bruised looking blonde dragoness, her own body not exactly doing so hot. She had lost at least one arm during their battle, though it didn't slow her down as she temporarily replaced it with one made out of the hardlight her energy allowed her to form. "Very well, in fact. There's not been a single soul that's been able to respond to my descent and give me this much trouble in eons."

Silver Knight grinned a bit as she slowly forced herself to sit up, looking straight up at the mechanical menace as her body twisted itself back to normal. Suppressing what she had done to him, and repairing every little bit of damage as he now towered over her. "You say that, and yet you're healing it all off. You could've done that at any time, couldn't you?" She whined a bit, though considering the pain running through her body it wasn't hard to blame her.

"I would've gladly taken your halberd through my core, should you have managed to land that blow. Honor lies in the act of battle. There's no honor in not being at your best before the next battle." Overlord Helheim said, all while kneeling down and looking closer at her body. "And you have many more battles ahead of you, Silver Knight. Not as a Fae, but as something much more." He said, his body glowing more tenderly than before.

Silver Knight let out a pained cry for but a moment, as every little inch of her body was healed up. No more bruises. No more imperfections. She was in tip top condition. If she so wanted, then she could skewer the Overlord right then and there. Nothing would stop her. And yet her heart was wavering. All as it subtly glowed with that energy that was pouring through him as well.

"Sorry, you're going to have to try a little harder. I'm not going to just roll over and listen to what you say just because you beat me." Silver Knight said, standing up fully as she crossed her arms over her chest. She wasn't about to just turn into a slave, because of what he had done to prove his superiority. Not while she still drew breath.

Overlord Helheim let out a laugh as he stood up as well, letting his body tower over her once more. "You don't have a choice in the matter, Silver Knight. Winning this bout meant that I now claim you as my prize. And I will ensure that we see eye to eye. The Helheim Virus inside you will see to that."

Just as he reminded her of what had infected her, Silver Knight let out a pained yell as the blue glow suddenly spread all across her body. It wasn't really hurting her as much as it was fundamentally altering her. Changing her and making her more in line with the mechanical menace towering over her. All while her heart beat harder and harder as it turned completely blue.

"You were somebody I had fun fighting, Silver Knight! This is why I'm giving you the opportunity to be at my side. So we can fight eternally. Not just as allies, but as partners. I wish for you to become mine and mine alone, until somebody strikes me down and claims you once more. Or until you decide that you've had enough of me and strike me down yourself! I will look forward to either of those defeats, because it proves that I still have room to grow! So stand tall, Silver Knight! STAND TALL WITH A BODY FIT FOR YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL!"

His dramatic shouting wasn't really helping, but Silver Knight couldn't disagree with the power rushing through her as her body gradually started to turn into metal. It didn't hurt as her body was being divided into smaller and smaller parts that each supported a greater whole. It felt natural. All because of the energy pouring through her. Even though she was being transformed and made into a frame for a core to control, the only thing she felt as she became more and more metallic was pure delight.

Her claws were divided into incredibly sharp mechanical talons that could be exchanged for proper fingers at a moment's notice. Her wings were now able to retract straight into her back if she wanted to appear much sleeker, and if she wanted to rely on thrusters alone that was also an option. Her wings could otherwise pop out and allow for much greater control over the air, just as they did before. Her tail had received an extreme upgrade as well, as the tip was able to shift into several bladed forms, aiding her in combat should she ever need to add that extra limb to her attacks.

But the functional changes to her body weren't the ones that made her excited. No, the changes that rushed through her mind and excited her the most were the way her mechanized body pushed out in the most important areas. Her bosom, her hips, her waist, her ass... All of it was being enhanced. Despite the fact that it would lead to an improper balance during combat, despite the fact that being curvaceous on the battlefield would be a hindrance more than anything, she was absolutely stacked. Not unlike how Overlord Helheim's own body was basically a mechanical slab of strength and muscle.

Despite the fact she had just been turned into the same sort of mechanical being as him, her overall form was a lot more sleek. There were no spikes jutting out, there was no sign of anthropomorphic elements beyond her wings and her tail. She was still as humanoid as when she fought him. Which served as quite the contrast considering the shared design elements between the two. They looked like a prototype and the finished product, with her sleeker frame certainly adding to the latter. And yet as she looked at him, he didn't seem bothered by this. If anything, he seemed very pleased with her brand new form. Her brand new and incredibly improved form, even if it looked like she could strike him down at a moment's notice.

Silver Knight clenched her fist. She idly kicked forward. She stretched her wings, and she brushed her hands through her long hard-light hair. There was a certain attention to detail in her transformation. Yes, her specs had been improved. Yes, her heart was now a core situated inside a metallic frame. But she still felt like herself. At least, as much as a machine could feel. She didn't understand. He said he was going to improve her when he converted her. So she was at her full potential. To her, it only seemed like she had just been turned metallic. Little else had truly changed.

Until she looked up at him. And she saw the blue glow from his heart growing stronger. She understood completely. Just from looking at that glow, she understood completely. Whether it was due to how she had been transformed, or because there was now some sort of bond between the two, she understood why he hadn't changed her beyond the aesthetics. At least, on the surface level.

It was because he had been so thoroughly entertained by their fight that he knew she wouldn't be better in any form other than the one she currently had. That was why she remained so compact. It was why she was so sleek. And why she was brimming with power despite barely having changed. Because turning into this mechanical form had given her everything he wanted her to have.

"Well, Silver..." Overlord Helheim stopped himself before shaking his head. "Lady Helheim. My consort. My partner. And the one I wish to fight alongside as we make this world a part of the Darkness. How do you feel, with this upgraded form of yours?"

Lady Helheim. That was her name now, wasn't it? Being made into the same sort of machine meant that they were equals in that sense. It only made sense to adopt his name as they were practically one and the same. So much so that she had barely even come to understand how much he had overwhelmed her mind. How much his will and his need to fight had suppressed her own needs. They weren't just similar in bodies. Because of the Helheim Virus, because of how she had been defeated, they were now after the same goal. And only by defeating him would she be able to take herself back.

"I feel wonderful. Stronger than ever. Strong enough to pin you down and prove that I'm your better." His consort said as she licked her delicate yet plump mechanical lips. "You'd like that, wouldn't you, Overlord Helheim? You'd love to be defeated by one of your consorts, to see how far she's grown?"

"I'd like nothing better." Overlord Helheim laughed, before offering his claw to her. "But as much as I want to indulge in our need to duel one another, there's something more important we have to deal with. The subjugation of this world." Even after having made one of the key villains in this world into his consort, he kept his focus on the greater picture. "Once we deal with the obstacles that would prevent us from making this world ours, I'm more than willing to fight you. How about we make it a little more fun as well? Whoever claims more victims with their Virus will get a handicap in the fight."

"You'll be fighting without your prized arms at that rate, Overlord Helheim." Lady Helheim grinned, all while her wings popped out. "Let's go. They'll find us soon enough. Those girls that claim to defend this world. Let's meet them head on and see which of us is better. And when I've made them mine, and pinned you underneath me... Only then will our true battle begin." Her grin turned seductive, all as she licked those lips a little more sensually.

Yes. The true battle. Procreation with one of his consorts. The true reward for a long and arduous conquest was a tender and intimate night with somebody that proved themselves a wonderful fighter. That intimacy was a battle in and of itself. A battle that he had hardened himself more than he could admit.

Overlord Helheim let out a roaring laugh as he took off. Flying alongside his consort, ready to continue his conquest for the sake of the Darkness.
