Halloween. That accursed holiday. At least, that's what Carmilla thought about All Hallows' Eve. Because of its association with her other self. The historical counterpart to her legend. The immature brat who couldn't sing if her life depended on it.

Why was she the one who got to hog the spotlight!? Why on Halloween of all nights!? It wasn't a night dedicated to brats like her. It was dedicated to creatures of the night. Like Carmilla. Vampires that would dominate anybody that dared to stand against them. Those were the ones that deserved the spotlight on this unholy night.

But no, she had managed to take control of it. Not just once. Not just twice. Three times in all, she had managed to steal the spotlight. She even managed to make four other copies of herself! It was beyond frustrating. It was enough to make her stomp around the halls of Chaldea, uncharacteristically venting her anger in such an unladylike manner.

"I need something to stop this unfathomable fury inside my heart. Something to quell its thirst, if only for the time being..." Carmilla muttered to herself as she kept an eye out while stomping down the halls of Chaldea. She needed something to deal with her mood. But what could she possibly...

As she almost passed by one of the corners that led down towards the summoning chamber that her Master always spent way too long inside, she noticed that there happened to be a single pumpkin standing in the middle of the hall. No doubt one of the many attempts to decorate the base that the younger Servants had done. Or it was an attempt to carve a perfectly spiky smile by one Vlad Tepes. Whichever was the case, there was a pumpkin just sitting there. With the top currently missing.

"Hmmm..." The white-haired countess hummed to herself as she stepped closer. Why would it be left here, if not to try and distrat her? There had to be a reason why this pumpkin was placed in such an obnoxious location. Surely this was just one of her worse half's awful pranks. Something to keep the audience of her ungodly shows entertained so they would still participate despite their eardrums shattering once she heard her voice.

...It certainly seemed that way, once she looked int othe pumpkin and noticed a lot of Liz-shaped snacks. It was definitely something that the awful girl would do. Something that was emblazoned with her visage, something that fed into her ego as an idol. Well, if it was a prototype batch of snacks that was stuffed into a nice decoration so that anybody could stop by and try one out so they were ready for the idol's show later on, then...

Carmilla licked her lips a bit as she started to circle the pumpkin. And without missing a beat, she grabbed it and retreated to her chambers through the same method any vampire would use for a quick escape. The only thing that would be left behind was a simple little bat-shaped calling card. Something that she enjoyed leaving behind during her time as a phantom thief during summer.

For now, she was all alone. And she had something to indulge in. Namely, these awful snacks. She needed to make sure that they had an awful taste, so that nobody would dare try to indulge in them. And if they actually had a good taste that might leave somebody addicted, then she'd have to take advantage of her blood and cover the next batch in it. Then they wouldn't be listening to her awful other half. They'd be listening and worshipping her. They'd be her wonderful thralls...

"You really should've thought this entire plan through, my other half." Carmilla chimed as she picked one of the Liz-shaped cookies out of the pumpkin, slowly turning it around. "But your mistake is my boon. You'll be serving your time inside my belly, my little cookie half." She grinned as she chomped straight into that soft and sweet copy of the one she hated more than anything else in the whole world. That little nuisance would taste awful, she just knew it.

The vampiric countess swallowed the sweet treat, and let it settle inside her stomach for but a few moments. And then she picked another one out of the pumpkin, broke its head off, and swallowed both pieces at once. Then she'd dig in and grab a few more. And by the time she swallowed that one, she was audibly shoveling more and more sweets into her mouth like she craved them more than anything else in the whole world.

As it turned out, she was the one that had been played for a fool. Because just like the masochists that kept going to her other half's concert, the sweets were flavored in just such a way that they were addictive. It wasn't because of their obnoxiously sweet taste. There was just something about them that made her keep eating them. Even if they weren't that tasty.

"M-more. G-Give me more of her." Carmilla muttered in between gulps of sweets as she stuffed more and more of those cute Liz cookies down her throat. They were delicious. Or at least just delicious enough that she craved more of them. Or was it less the taste and more the fact that she was chewing straight into the girl that she hated? It was hard to tell, if she had to be honest. And she wasn't about to be the one to find out.

The unfortunate part of pigging out was the obvious side effects that were quickly becoming apparent. Namely the fact that her dress was rapidly starting to be an ill fit on her body. Who could blame her, considering the pace at which her belly was turning into a doughy pillow? She enjoyed these sweets too much to stop eating them too, so she didn't really think it was too much of a bother to grow bigger. As long as she satisfied her growing sweet tooth, she was more than satisfied.

Of course, the longer that she ignored the problem and what it could cause, the longer she'd go without noticing the fact that her body was rapidly changing in more ways than just growing fatter. Namely the fact that her elegant white hair was turning an obnoxious shade of pink, not unlike Liz's own. Not only that, but her body was started to grow scaled. Black scales were spreading down her face and across her body, with the rippling way that it grew along her body making her clothes rip in the process.

Only as she was forced to hiccup a little thanks to everything she had been shoveling into her mouth did she realize that something was wrong. And a small glance down at her body revealed just how far along she had gone. She could barely see her thighs at this point, and her feet were utterly impossible with how hard her belly had sagged across her knees. Not only that, but the scales were blatantly obvious. As was the way that they stuck out thanks to their much darker color compared to her pale complexion.

It didn't take a genius to understand that something had happened to her. But it took a monsterous amount of willpower to stop her from indulging in the snacks. They were just too tasty. If she tried to ignore them, there was no telling what would happen. She could... She could keep growing if she didn't eat them. So she decided to just keep eating them instead. So what if they were also making her grow? At least they were delicious!

Carmilla just kept pigging out, her noise reduced to little more than piggish grunts and moans as she shoveled more and more of those idol-shaped cookies into her mouth. They were really delicious. Maybe they were, maybe she was still just enjoying the subconcious thought of eating her other half...

But it wasn't that nice to eat a fellow dragon, was it? Dragons like them were supposed to stick together. They were supposed to sing on stage, and make everyone love them..!

Carmilla shook her head as that violently awful thought entered her head. What exactly... What exactly was that? She wasn't a dragon, she was a vampire. She was a vampire, she had always been a vampire, and it was that draconic lineage of hers that made her hate that awful little girl!

The countess took a deep breath as she looked into the pumpkin, trying to see if she had finally emptied it. Surely after how much she had eaten, it would be empty... R-Right?

Unfortunately for Carmilla, she only now notticed that it was refilling as she ate. Because even as she stared straight down into it, with no intent to do anything except for keep watch... She was still picking sweets out of it. And stuffing them straight into her scaled maw. Because what else was a gluttonous dragon like her supposed to do when the big hole in her tummy kept telling her to eat?

The countess staggered back as she shook her head back and forth. No, this wasn't what she was supposed to think. She was a proud lady. She wasn't a simple gluttonous wretch of a dragon. She was proud. She was powerful. She was able to do anything if she set her mind to it. That was what she was. She wasn't about to call herself anything less..!

Despite her best attempts to keep herself from giving into the thoughts... The delicious taste of that sweet nightmare inside the pumpkin was too much for her. And despite how much she tried to stop herself, she stuffed her hands straight into it and picked out several cookies, stuffing them all into her mouth at once and chowing down without even taking a moment to think about the consequences...

By eating that many cookies at the same time, the transformation that the cookies had sent through her progressed to the point where her outfit completely exploded off her. Not only that, but two big horns poked out of the side of her head. Horns that looked just like the ones that poked out of Liz's head. In essence, when combined with the black scales that covered her body... She was like a fully draconic version of Liz.

Duh, of course she was. She was an older, more matured version of her sweet little singing angel. Of course she was like an adult draconic version of her. When she was filled with this much of her sweet other self's love and care, there was no way that she wouldn't be like this.

It was also why she couldn't stop herself from eating the Liz cookies. They were filled with love! Each and every one of them had to have been made in such a painstaking and loving manner by her sweet pink-haired little lovely angel that they rubbed off on her. Another self like her, a silly countess who thought she didn't care about her... She was absolutely weak to something like this. It would rewrite her on a fundamental level, leaving nothing behind but an adorably gluttonous dragon that wanted her other self to propel herself to the stars.

Carmilla sighed, a heart leaving her lips, as her neck grew a little longer, and a tail poked out from her rear. The tail would keep her love-filled pumpkin basket stable while she stuffed her head straight into it. It was almost cartoonishly silly seeing her indulge her gluttonous aspects like this. But she didn't care. She was going to eat lots and lots of these sweets, so she give all of that love back to her sweet Liz! That was what she was going to do, to thank her for giving her the chance to indulge like this. Maybe, just maybe... She'd even let the dragon sing with her on stage. O-Oh, what it'd be like to join her on stage...

And thus, Liz managed to wrangle the spotlight of Halloween onto her once more. This time with the help of a bit of love. And a big dragon who wanted to help her out as thanks for everything!
