[Corruption, Love]

“So hot…”

The sound of a young man’s voice echoed across the sandy plains of the endlessly sprawling desert. The sound of a youth that had done so much, and yet achieved nothing to show for it. A youth that wanted nothing more than to find a place to rest and relieve his needs, so that he could continue his mission.

It had been a few days since he set off from the Order. A few days since he had last seen civilization. They had told him to wander into this desert to try and find a route to the closest city. Whether it was populated by monsters, or by humans. Anything to give the Order intel on the area.

Now? It felt more like they had tossed him out to die. The desert was far too hot. To the point where he had tossed aside most of his gear mere days ago, as soon as it became more cumbersome than useful. He kept all of his supplies on him to make sure that he could last the trip, but…

He had run out yesterday. And at this point, heat stroke was settling in. He was sweating across his entire body, and if he didn’t get anything to drink within the next few hours… He would probably end up passing out and being swallowed by the sands below. And if he was extremely unlucky, he would be swept up by the winds that kicked up a storm before then.

“Is this really worth it..?” The young man muttered as he slowly trudged through the sand. He had thrown it all aside at this point. He was wearing nothing but his pants and his boots, keeping his body as cool as possible. And yet the sun was trying to burn away at him. There was no way that he could make it…

Just as he was about to fall onto his knees and accept the futility of his mission, he saw something in the distance. Something that had eluded him for what felt like days. Water. Not just water either, proper vegetation… An oasis. Exactly what he needed to see while his mind was trying to tear into him for his actions…

With all of the power that remained in his body, he pushed on. He broke into a sprint, only to tumble down the hill, rolling down towards the oasis as his body endured a bit more punishment before he received his just reward…

It didn’t matter. No matter how much torture he had to endure to get to his destination, he would continue on. And his reward was reaching his objective, as he slowly but surely got back up despite his body screaming at him to stop. The shade from the tree above him slowly washed a sense of relief over him. Freedom from being cooked alive by the sun.

“Finally…” The young man from the order said as he leaned up against the tree, sighing softly as he enjoyed the freedom from the scalding heat. He could finally relax. He could finally just close his eyes and drift off…

No. Not yet. He couldn’t sleep in this comfort. He needed nourishment first and foremost, and the oasis water would help him…

Or at least, that’s what he was thinking. But that train of thought started crashing as he opened his eyes and came face to face with a water elemental. A thick-curved woman, who stared at him with a pair of blushing cheeks…

She was beautiful. Her hair reached all the way down to her feet, wrapping around her body all the while. That very same hair was rushing down, making it clear that it was just one continuous stream of water. The rest of her body was formed in much the same way, with her breasts practically leaking like a waterfall and forming a pseudo-sundress as a result. Exposing so much, yet so little at the same time.

“A visitor… After so long, finally somebody’s come…” The water elemental, an Undine if he wasn’t mistaken, spoke. And the tinge of sadness in her voice became readily apparent. “It’s been so long since somebody’s been by… It’s been so long, and I’ve been waiting…”

The young man looked at the elemental trying to push up against him… And even though he barely had any energy left in his body, his naturally trained mind pushed him to avoid her, preventing her from trapping him between the tree and her wet and probably very nourishing body.

“You don’t want this?” The Undine said as she slowly followed his body. Slowly putting her arms underneath her breasts. “It’s been so long. It won’t hurt. Just come closer, and we can both be happy…” She muttered, walking after him bit by bit...

It wasn’t just because she was sad and lonely that the alarms went off inside his head. It was her body. He remembered his training, how one of his instructors once came home and smelled awful. She was later replaced and contained, because she had been infested with demon energy. It was that smell that was burned into him and his fellow recruits, because this was what would happen if they gave in. They’d become driven by their needs… Until the day they were turned into incubi.

“Why do you avoid me..?” The Undine asked, her voice growing weaker as she slowly approached him once more. Slowly. Carefully. As if she was exercising so much restraint. Just like anybody that didn’t wall to fall prey to their nature.

The young man looked between her, and the main body of the oasis. And he could easily see the taint of demon energy in them both. The slight foul black swirls inside both, with it coalescing in the midsection of the elemental’s body.

“What happened here?” He asked. He knew the answer, just by looking at it… But he wanted to know. He wanted to understand what the monster in front of him thought. Only then could he make the right decision.

The Undine paused, her eyes lighting up ever so slightly. “I…” She muttered, as she started stepping back and grasping at her sides. “I… I remember when I first had a visitor… It was a pair of lovers, who seemed delighted to find this place…”

“Watching them make love was an experience like none other… But eventually, they went far beyond what I thought they would.” The elemental explained, as the rushing waters that formed her body intensified. As if she was experiencing a wave of explosive emotion. “They… They tainted me. They tainted my pool. They were demons, chattering about how they could enlighten humans that would stumble upon my home…”

Her body trembled as her hair unwrapped from her body and formed a heart shape only to tear itself apart. “And then they left me. They left me to stew in their taint. Knowing that I would be pushed to desperation.” She muttered, her body trembling as the waters slowly but surely calmed down, as her voice grew somber. “But… Nobody ever came. You’re the first to arrive since they tainted me. And I don’t want to hurt somebody because of what they did to me. I just… I just want to satiate this need inside my body…”

Even Monsters suffered from what the demons did. This was something that the Order didn’t teach him. The Order only told him that Monsters were responsible for everything bad about the world. Was that so true, when there was clearly a kind hearted yet wounded soul right here in front of him?

...What could he even do to get back to the Order? If he drank from the Oasis, he would be tainted just like his teacher had been. If he left, he would pass out and be swallowed by the desert. And if he refused the elemental and stayed here… While he would no doubt pass away in troubled peace, he would be leaving her to hunger for the next individual who would be unfortunate enough to encounter this oasis. He couldn’t let that happen…

The Undine was gasping. She was panting. She could barely keep herself together. The burning need inside her was growing too strong. She’d assault this youth if he stayed here any longer. She didn’t want to do that. All she ever wanted was to just see people happily enjoying her oasis. And the ones that did betrayed her trust.

As soon as it felt like her mind was about to snap like a twig, she was surprised to find a pair of lips pressing up against her. A pair of lips and a set of arms that dragged her along, until the two splashed into the water.

Her eyes widened as they surfaced from below the water once more, her body merging with the water as she looked at the young man. ”Y-You… W-Why?” She couldn’t understand. He had been trying to avoid her. And now he willingly got in the water with her? In that tainted pool, where those two had been fucking all day and night for an entire week..? He wasn’t going to be able to handle that much demonic energy..!

“I won’t make it back to the Order.” He said, trembling as he felt a need burning away inside him. So this was what it felt like to be tainted. “But… I’ve always wanted to try and help people. Save them and make sure they could live happily. And if I can make even a Monster smile…” He chuckled and smiled, the purest smile that he could manage. “Then that’ll be what I’ll be proud of. As long as I’m with you, I’ll be happy.”

If an Undine could cry, she would be crying right now. To have her heart shattered by two awful demons, and for this young man to pick up the pieces the best he could. It was a kindness that she didn’t deserve, but she would cherish until the very end.

She took a deep breath, as the waters below swallowed the young man’s pants and boots. He would never need those ever again. Not as long as he was here with her. He had reached the final destination in his life, and he would never be leaving this pool…

The young man knew that he was going against everything the Order had taught him by doing this. He was abandoning the Goddess’ light, and becoming little more than another demon who wanted to fuck his heart out.

But, in his own way, he thought that this was for the best. The best solution would be some form of coexistence. Cut away the awful parts, and live alongside those that wanted peace. This elemental wanted nothing more than to see others be happy, before those demons tainted her.

So it was up to him, as his last act as part of the Order, to satisfy her and keep her from tainting anybody else. That light in his eyes would fade before long, but the meaning would stay, as his lips met hers once again.

The young man and his new Undine lover let their lips stay locked for as long as they could. Accepting the taint swirling through them, as it visibly left the elemental’s body and seeped into the young man’s. There was no way that they would escape this fate.

But it didn’t matter. As they pulled apart, their eyes now shared the same horny tint. But it wasn’t meant for anybody. It was only meant for their one and only.

The oasis water slowly but surely started to swirl, and the young man started to thrust. It was an unorthodox way of having intercourse, but it would be the first time for both of them.

And though they were both inexperienced, they had plenty of time to devote to get better. All so that they could satisfy one another, and keep their needs in check. This would be the way they lived from this point onward.

Even if the sun shone down on them and burned away at them… It wouldn’t burn nearly as hard as their newly kindled tainted love...
