[Reality Shift, Gyaru TF]
“Just another day of saving everyone. How’s the city looking, Caitlin?”
“You know you could call me by my hero name instead of using my actual name. You use everyone else’s hero name, why am I the only one who doesn’t get that privilege?”
“Because I don’t want to call you Peeper, and because I trust you, Caitlin.”
“Peeper’s a good name, I don’t know what you’re on about.”
Two Heroines, who had been close ever since they met back in high school, walked down the streets of Trinity City with their fingers weaved together. They had just dealt with a couple of high-class Villains that threatened to do what all Villains did. Cause endless amounts of trouble for the people around them, if not outright enslave them for whatever plans they had cooking up inside those brains of theirs.
The bolder of the two heroines was a long blonde-haired girl who called herself ARC. She was decked out in a high tech suit of armor that aesthetically borrowed from the armor that the Saint Jeanne D’Arc once wore, complete with a flag serving as her main melee weapon. The girl underneath the suit, by comparison, didn’t exactly fit the description of the Saint of yore. No, she was a well-built girl named Jean. Adopting the identity of ARC, and by association the Saint herself, was an attempt at loosening up. It hadn’t been very successful so far due to her habits, but she made an active effort.
Her companion, on the other hand, was a lot trickier. ‘Peeper’, or Caitlin as she was known in her civilian identity, had stuck to the serious girl ever since they met back then. And it was thanks to her that she tried to open up. Albeit it caused Jean to endlessly tease her by refusing to go along with a lot of her smaller plans. And to be fair, the silly girl had a lot of plans that should be stopped. Whether it was using her personalized miniature drone cameras to peep on the girls in the showers, or checking answers that she could easily figure out herself, or other small things that could arguably be called villainous. And yet it was this same level of tech wizardry that turned her into a surveilling heroine that joined forces with those that needed an extra pair of eyes like ARC.
“And besides, what kind of a name is ARC anyway? It’s a lame one that doesn’t say anything. Oh, look at me, I have a name that’s non-descriptive. And I wear a bunch of armor that doesn’t show off my extremely buff body that would attract all the girls.” Caitlin narrowed her eyes as she complained, idly toying with one of her black braids.
Jean shook her head as she adjusted her armor slightly. “I don’t want to attract fans in that way, Caitlin. They’d end up getting in the way of our duty, and the Villains could target them to get close to us.” She explained as she slowly stopped, before clearing her throat. “And if I did, you’d probably just spread nudes to try and rile up my fans.” The blonde Heroine said, knowing exactly how her friend operated.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve only been posting my nudes, I can’t help if you’re in some of them!” The black-haired girl laughed as she stretched a little, ignoring the disappointed look on her friend’s face. Ah, it felt nice to show off… This was why she loved wearing such a skintight outfit. Not only did it feel like she was exhibiting her body to the world, but she could install all sorts of circuitry in it, allowing her some greater amount of control over her ‘Peeper’ cameras…
Sometimes, Jean wondered how the two came to become friends. But then she remembered how she had practically forced her into playing along with her antics, and she couldn’t help but smile at those wonderful memories. Those, as well as the few times when Caitlin actually behaved, were the reasons why the two worked together so well. Despite the fact they could start arguing at the drop of a hat.
“E-Excuse me!”
Both of the two Heroines turned their heads towards the sound of a nervous voice, letting them notice a girl with bangs covering her eyes. It was obvious by the way that she blushed that she was some sort of fan. How fitting, considering what they were just talking about.
“Good evening. Is there something we can do for you?” Jean asked, smiling a little as she stepped closer to the fan.
Only for her partner to push her slightly as she got closer, grinning all the while. “Of course there’s something we can do for a fan, ARC. As long as she’s okay with something steamy.” The cheeky and downright perverted Heroine giggled, prompting the armored Heroine to lightly bonk her on the head in response.
“W-Well, I just wanted a picture with two of my favorite heroines!” The girl chimed, shaking as she held up her cellphone. “M-Maybe even a selfie! O-One that looks like we’ve always been friends!”
Jean looked at her bodysuited friend and raised an eyebrow, then back at the fan. She was used to autographs and pictures taken of her and her companion, but… A selfie? What was so appealing about one of those again?
“Oooo, you’re one of those types? Well, don’t worry! ARC and I are going to put on the best friend faces we possibly can. Ain’t that right, A R C?” The chimes leaving Caitlin’s lips were obnoxious. Maybe even a little too teasing. But they weren’t incorrect. And for that reason, the blonde Heroine nodded along.
“G-Great! H-Here, let’s just get nice and cozy!” The girl with the eye-covering bangs quickly scooted between the two heroines, putting her arms around their necks to make sure that it looked like the three were nice and close, before holding her phone up and aiming the inward camera down towards the three.
Jean felt a shiver running down her spine as she looked up at that camera. It didn’t feel right to be snapped like this. And she didn’t understand why it didn’t feel right. This was just some random girl that liked the two of them. Surely there was nothing bad that had to happen. Especially when she had her friend right by her side.
“Make sure to get my good side, okay?” Caitlin giggled, winking slightly as she looked at the camera. Then again, did she have any bad sides? Not if you asked her, the only bad pictures she kept were ones that showed her temper. As long as she was smiling, the picture was bound to turn out just perfect.
The picture was quietly snapped, though not before the camera flash partly blinded the two Heroines. Giving the girl just enough time to get her arms off them and scoot away from them as she started tapping away at the screen, giggling a little too eerily for their comfort.
“Humor me.” Jean said as she looked at her friend, after rubbing her eyes to get the flash out. “Is it possible for a phone to serve as the conduit for somebody’s powers?” She asked a very casual, and very reasonable question.
Caitlin shook her head as she kept her eyes closed. The static that came with the flash would go away eventually. “Not as far as I know. I know there’s one Villain who tried to make this editing app, but that didn’t go anywhere.” She said, quietly tapping her chin. “Then again, I did see that very same Villain walking around in high heels about a week after that rumor was spread, so…”
As the two ruminated on the thought of a phone giving them more problems than an ordinary Villain, neither of them had the clarity of mind to take the phone from the girl. Which would spell their downfall, so to speak. Especially as neither of them realized that they were currently being edited in real time.
The girl with the bangs that hid her eyes continued swiping through several settings on her phone at rapid speeds. Applying different filters to the casual picture of her and her Heroes. Honestly, she was shocked that she even received an app like this when she woke up this morning, but it had worked. She had been a bombshell back then, but a few changes to her own selfie had made her into this innocuous nobody. It made it super easy to sneak closer to those two…
Honestly, they were great girls. So great that she had always admired them. But they were just untouchable. Especially for a common beauty like her. So instead of getting close to them like a normal person, editing them so they were always besties was the right call. But she couldn’t just have them be normal. Then there wouldn’t be any fun in them being besties!
A few filters were available to her. All of them involving changing their looks. And sure, she’d be changed alongside them… But that was part of the fun, wasn’t it? To look like she had always been friends with them, and fit in with them completely? Yeah, that was the plan.
With every filter that she applied, the changes were quite fast. The first filter involved changing their clothes, resulting in the three girls wearing completely matching outfits.
Whether it was the girl herself wearing what was little more than a sling bikini that happened to have a loose top and shorts to cover up a bit of her body, Jean wearing a ripped top and pants combo that showed off just enough skin and gave her a more punk-y feel compared to her usual serious self, or Caitlin wearing a star-spangled top that left nothing to the imagination, just as much as the flimsy bottom that gave very little room for interpretation with how much of her butt was attempting to spill out of it.
It wasn’t just their clothes that had changed either. Their now uniformly-colored blonde-hair and the tones of their skin were mostly matching as well. A nice blend of chocolate, whether light or deep and dark. The lightest of the bunch was the normal girl herself, while the two heroines ended up nice and thickly blacked to go with their new outfits. There was no way that they could go around wearing that kind of stuff without looking the part of girls that loved to go out and party, getting tanned to stand out as much as possible.
Once they all looked like they had been the best of friends, the only filter she had left to apply was a simple one. One covered in hearts that would ensure they acted like the besties they were at heart. And then she just had to save it, and…
*BATHUMP*
The black-haired party girl felt her heart beating against her chest, as she suddenly noticed that the two Heroines- Her besties were pressing up against her from both sides. “G-Girls?” She asked, her voice having trouble leaving her lips from how much their mere presence made her heart beat.
“What’s the matter, bestie?” Jean chimed as she cupped a nice feel of her nearly-exposed ass. “You know what we like, why’re you still so shy?” She said, a certain dominant air filling her voice. Then again, considering the way she dressed, she probably got busy with plenty of girls like her besties. There was a reason why all the cute girls selling themselves were busy whenever she was in town.
Caitlin giggled as she wrapped her arms around her shorter bestie, pulling her close as she pushed her head straight into the chasm between her breasts. “She’s playing hard to get, Jean. Maybe I should teach her a little lesson, show her what it’s like to toy with her bestie’s feelings…” The buxom former Heroine giggled as she reached towards one of her top’s straps…
It was at this point that the girl who had changed them all realized that she might’ve made a mistake… But the benefits of two Heroines loving her was far too good. She could ignore the negatives for a little while.
And besides, she could always edit them again later, after they had some fun as besties...
