[Reality Alteration, Genderswap]
They say that what goes around comes around. Interpreting that is a case by case basis, especially if you believe in a cosmic concept of Karma. Of course, a rational and logical mind would argue that there is no such thing, as everything that happens to you is mere coincidence, as dictated by other minds.
Of course, all of that is conjecture. What matters more is what happens in the moment, as one young Hero-to-be was quick to discover after he intentionally pissed off one of the older heroes. One that he had absolutely no respect for, though that didn’t even get close to narrowing down who he was angry at.
Truth be told, he didn’t know who he was yelling at. Neither did the Heroine that he shouted at with violent and explosive vigor know who he was. All that she knew was that he was a jerk with a short fuse, and that he deserved to get the appropriate punishment. Not a spanking, goodness no, if she did a violent thing to a child in bright daylight, she’d lose all of her credentials as a Hero.
No. To her, a woman that could alter the world at her leisure, a power that left her so winded that she’d be out for a week if not longer with every use, she needed to make sure that she knew what she was doing. So, if she were to say, use this power of hers to erase the parts of him that were awful and terrible, so that they never existed? That was a totally reasonable thing to waste a week on.
Once she saw what he got up to in his own time, bullying that green-haired boy that called him a friend? Oh, she knew exactly what she had to do. She had to set this relationship right, start it over and make sure that they were on equal ground. So what if the bullied boy didn’t have a quirk? He looked like a strapping youth who knew what he wanted to do in life, even if he didn’t have the means to. And if it meant that he needed a couple of dozen pushes, then...
That’s what it would take, and thanks to her power, he’d get more than enough of those and then some…

Izuku Midoriya was in bed. He flopped into bed late last night after he studied for his latest exam, and he was happy to lie there, regaining any of the energy that he had spent throughout the previous day. If not for a certain somebody, he might’ve had plenty left over, but… He couldn’t complain, honestly. He was happy with the way that his life was unfolding…
“Waaaake uuuup…”
A gentle voice caressed his ear, and the green-haired boy gently rolled onto his side, letting his eyes flicker between open and closed. He could see the vague outline of somebody with blonde hair hovering over him, but his drowsy mind was hard to rouse out of its current state. So much so that he turned back onto his side moments later, a soft snore leaving his lips.
“I saaaaaaid. Waaaaaake uuuuuup!”
The voice spoke once more, this time losing a bit of its gentle edge. Izuku rolled onto his other side this time, sleepily reaching for his pillows to cover his ears. He had a vague idea of who was speaking to him, but that didn’t mean he wanted to get up right now. He had been trying to sleep, and cutting it off this early was a terrible idea…
Unfortunately, the owner of the voice didn’t take no for an answer. A soft thud echoed throughout the room as the owner landed at the foot of his bed, only for the equally soft sound of a fuse going off to reach the boy’s ears. By the time he realized what exactly the noise was, it was too late.
“I SAID, WAKE UP!”
The voice didn’t hold back this time, screaming quickly being accompanied by the sound of fireworks going off. It wasn’t the first time that the young boy was exposed to this kind of powerful sound-based onslaught, and if their relationship progressed, it certainly wouldn’t be the last either.
It was enough for him to suddenly jump out of bed, head still covered by pillows as his body shook from top to bottom. He didn’t cry out in pain or cry out against the one who had caused the explosion, as he knew exactly who had done it. And he knew that if he challenged her, he was just going to get another earful. A well-deserved one, at that.
“There! Took you long enough to get your ass out of bed!” A sweet voice chimed as she walked over to the boy that had leapt off his bed, giggling as she swayed her hips back and forth. “Come on, Izuku, don’t just lie there on the ground, we’ve got stuff to do! Like, didn’t you wanna be a great hero or something?”
Izuku shivered from top to bottom as he slowly let go of the pillows that he had used to shield himself, gulping as he looked up at the girl hovering over him. “W-Well, Kacchan, I…” He started speaking, only for his cheeks to flush red as the blonde girl shoved her face as close to his as she possibly could. “Y-You’re not giving me any personal space!”
“What personal space do you deserve if you don’t spend time with your girlfriend?” The girl threw her hands behind the back of her head, smiling from ear to ear. “Besides, you’re the one who refused to get out of bed, so I had to ask your Mom if I could blow you out of it. You should’ve seen the look on her face when I gave her a demonstration, the color was all gone!” Her giggling turned into a laugh as she put one of those idle hands in front of her, mimicking the noise of an explosion with her mouth as she shoved it forward…
The boy let a bead of sweat drop down his face, making a mental note to apologize to his mom for his girlfriend’s behavior, before he gave her body a thorough lookover. Something about the way that she broke into his room, time and time again, always gave him an opportunity to appreciate how she looked.
His girlfriend, Katsuki Bakugou, didn’t like wearing the normal schoolgirl outfits for her age. So instead she had chosen to make a costume of her own, since she’s always wanted to be a hero just like her boyfriend. Otherwise, what’d be the point if you didn’t match? Since he always liked lighter greens that went with his hair, she thought that she should wear something equally as eye catching. Dark greens that really rubbed up against her well-developed and early-maturing body, while leaving most of her skin exposed to somebody that might be wanting a good look at their savior.
From her arms being delicate as ever, to her thighs barely covered up by the v-shaped fabric that reached between her thighs, and the powerful legs that carried her pleasantly curvy body around. Combine that with a generous amount of boob poking out through her cleavage, and her long blonde locks emphasized with the dark-green eyeshadow she made sure to apply every day specifically for her favorite boy, and she looked like a literal and figurative bombshell.
Katsuki had it all, whether she realized it or not. But she always felt like she didn’t have nearly everything, and it all came bubbling to the forefront whenever she looked at the boy that she had been with for years.
It all started when they were even younger, when they both were on the verge of developing their quirks. Hers developed first, thanks to the genes she got from her mom and pop. Explosions, courtesy of her sweat. But when they went to try and get the boy checked, to see if he might have something…
He was crushed. There was no sign of him developing any sort of quirk, regardless of the fact that both of his parents had one of their own. He was devastated as they went to look at all the videos that he loved, of all of his favorite heroes. He… He couldn’t be a hero, not in his eyes.
Katsuki couldn’t stand for that. Where did the bright-eyed boy that she loved spending time with go? Where’d his spirit of justice go? Where was the boy that wanted to toss himself at problems to ensure that people were safe, just like the hero he worshipped and looked up to?
She couldn’t help herself at that point. From that day, she made sure that she showed up at his doorstep. Every single morning, she would follow him to school and make sure that he was doing everything he could to succeed. Even if it meant that her grades were lacking, she wanted him to be better. Because even if he didn’t have a quirk, she would do what she could to help him.
As they grew older, her feelings for him intensified, and so did his for her. Feelings that were crystalized in the training regiments that they went through. While high grades were very important if you ever wanted to become a legal hero, there were still physical aspects that you had to overcome. And one of Izuku’s, frankly, was his horrid physique.
Every day, every afternoon, every night. She came by and ensured that he was working out. Whether it involved dodging her powers or carrying her around, she made sure that he was kept in shape. She’d never know if he was ready or not, and this was the best way that she could make sure. Otherwise he’d never be the hero that he once wished he could be..!
Today was no different, as Katsuki idly poked the green-haired boy with her pom-pom shaped fist. “Earth to Izuku, hellooooo? Are you spacing out again? Having a bit of fun staring at the goods, or do I need to give you another wakeup call?” The blonde hero-to-be chimed as a few sparks started leaving the cracks between her fist. “Because I can make sure I blow out those eardrums if you’re not listening!”
“I’m listening, Kacchan!” Izuku shouted as he got up onto his feet, grabbing one of those fists with determination in his eyes. “I’m sorry for oversleeping, I had to make sure that I had everything for the test next week! That way, we can focus exclusively on training! Just for you, Kacchan!” The boy shouted with vigor, as the bouncy sight of his girlfriend was more than enough to energize him beyond any compare…
The blonde hero-to-be blushed as she saw the energy in her boyfriend, before she smiled from ear to ear. “That’s the spirit, Izuku! Now come on, we’ve got work to do!” Her efforts were paying off. But they still had so far to go, so much more to go through, before he was ready…
She couldn’t wait to see him at the top, with her at his side…

“Well, they’re looking lively.”
Sometime later, in one of the many parks in the city, sat the woman that had sparked this entire conversion. Thanks to her quirk, the lives of two young men had changed dramatically, as evident by the two spirited lovers running throughout the public space.
Or, rather, the lover carrying the other on his back, while the girl being carried cheered him on with explosions bursting from her fists. A strange relationship for sure, but definitely a good one, at least in the eyes of the one who had changed reality to suit this path.
The heroine stretched ever slightly. She was going to be scolded so badly if anybody ever realized that this happened. Buuuut that was the price for fixing something that desperately needed fixing, so she didn’t think too much of it. If anything, it put a smile on her face.
Her name was Rewrite. And she certainly rewrote the life and future of two boys that would’ve been at each other’s’ throats. Now they’d spend their lives as lovers, strengthening each other forever more.
Now, maybe she’d actually get some peace and quiet, instead of being shouted at by a blonde brat when she was trying to catch some shuteye...
