Times were tough for me. I had decided to go back to school to study nursing, and the job I had barely made ends meet.

I came across an ad one day for a doctor at a med school looking for nursing students to assist in a demonstration. Approved applicants would recieve great pay, extra credit, and time off. It was an offer I couldn't pass up.

I showed up to the place wearing my scrubs and tennis shoes, and a receptionist named Liz handed me a form to fill out and sign. I signed it without bothering to read it.

She took me to a back room, and asked me to undress, and lie down on a metal table. She handed me a blanket to cover myself with. I thought that this was an unusual request, but she told me that this was part of the deal I signed up for (I guess I should have read that form before signing it). She told me not to worry. Liz left the room while I changed.

I did as she asked me, and Liz walked back into the room, released the brake that kept the table from moving and started wheeling me into another room.

Meanwhile in an operating room...

A handsome doctor, and a couple of med students-- one of them a man named Greg, and a woman named Stephanie-- were talking.

"Now students, we are about to start our class. Today I will be demonstrating how to use magic during surgical procedures. There aren't very many people who can do this, and by the time we get done, you will be one of the very few who can.

The first thing that I will be demonstrating is how to put someone to sleep without anesthesia.

My receptionest has informed me that a 28 year old nursing student named Erin has signed up to volunteer for this. She should be being brought in at anytime."

Just then, Liz wheeled me into the room.

"Hello, Erin, it's nice to meet you. This is Greg and Stephanie. They're a couple of our med students."

"It's nice to meet you." I said.

I couldn't help but notice how handsome the doctor was.

"Shall we begin." The doctor said.

He picked up a watch and dangled it in front of my face.

"Now, Erin, I want you to remain calm, breathe deeply, and watch the watch."

I did as he said.

"Your eyes are getting heavy." He said in a calm voice. "You're getting sleepy... sleepy... sleepy..."

My eyes grew heavier, and heavier until I fell asleep.

"Hypnotism is a great alternative to anesthesia." The doctor said smiling

The doctor then removed the blanket that was on me, revealing my naked body.

"Today, I will be demonstating how to use magic to do amputations. We will be removing all four of Erin's limbs.

Now normally, amputation would be permanent, but with magic, limbs can he removed and later restored when a cure is found for whatever caused the limb to have to be amputated."

The doctor grabbed a saw, and said, "Let's begin."

He placed the saw where my left arm met my shoulder blade.

"Now when doing this you want to make a nice, straight, clean cut."

The doctor started sawing and cut my left arm off. He placed it on a table off to the side.

"Notice that there is no blood, and that a layer of skin has appered where the limb was cut off. This is another reason why using magic is so much better." The doctor said

"Now Stephanie, I want you to do the same with her other arm."

Stephanie grabbed the saw, and cut off my right arm, making a perfect cut. The doctor then took my arm from her, and placed it on the table with my other arm.

"Good job, Stephanie! Now Greg, I want you to cut off her feet right above the ankles."

Greg took the saw and cut off my left foot, then my right foot.

"Good job, Greg!" The doctor said.

The doctor took my feet and placed them on a different table.

"Now we remove her legs." The doctor said. "Stephanie, I want you to remove her right leg where it meets her hip."

Stephanie grabbed the saw, placed it where my right leg met my hip, and cut it off.

"Great job, Stephanie!" The doctor said. "Now Greg, I want you to do the same with her other leg."

Greg grabbed the saw and cut my left leg off. The doctor took my legs and placed them on the table with my arms.

"Great job, Greg. Erin is now totally limbless. Now I will show you what we do with the limbs after they are removed."

The doctor then took a black cloth, placed it over my arms and legs, and removed it. When he did my limbs had dissappered. All that remained now were my limbless body and my severed feet.

"I have a questian." Said Greg. "Since this is magic, would Erin be able to feel her feet, even though they are no longer attached and her legs have disappeared?"

"That's a good question." The doctor replied. And you'll get your answer after I wake up our assistant."

The doctor leaned in my ear and calmly said: "Erin, when I snap my fingers you will awake."

The doctor snapped his fingers, and I started to wake up. When I was fully awake, I looked down and saw that not only was I naked, but my arms and legs were missing.

"What the..."

But before I could say anything else, the doctor grabbed my feet and started tickling. My limbless body shook as I laughed. He then handed my feet to Greg and Stephanie so that they could tickle them too.

"I guess that answers my question." Said Greg.

"Well, that ends our class for today. Thank you guys for coming." The doctor said.

Greg and Stephanie both said their goodbyes and left.

"What did you do to me?" I asked.

"You signed up for this. Didn't you read that form." He replied. "When you signed the form, you agreed to this. You also agreed that you would stay like this for as long as I deemed it neccessary. Don't worry, you'll get your limbs back eventually."

"Oh boy..." I thought to myself. "I am totally helpless and completly at his mercy. Oh, well at least he's so handsome, so maybe it won't be such a bad thing. Who knows, maybe I'll even enjoy it."

"Don't worry, Erin, I'll take good care of you." He said as he put my feet in a bag.

He wrapped a blanket around my limbless body and said: "Come on, let's get you home."
