Thought i try my hand at a bit of a caption.

Linda was nervus. She had been called to the store manager's office and she did not know why. But when she enters the office her worries seemed to be unfounded as the manager Mr Anderson greet her warmly and asks her to sit down.

“I want you to know that we are taking your suggestion very seriously Miss Davies. But sourcing mannequins that reflect a more average woman has as of yet eluded us. And that brings us to the reason i have called you in here today.

What i want to ask is if you are open to the idea of transferring from sales to inventory to help us with this issue. The transfer will mean some change in hours but will also mean a minor pay raise. Does this sound amenable to you miss Davies.”

Linda was floored. Not only did they take her suggestion seriously, they were promoting her for it.

“Yes that sounds very good to me”

“Splendid.” Mr Anderson says and removes a pre printed document from a drawer in his desk and place it on the desk in front of her. “If you sign here we can make the transfer happen”.

Linda don't stop to think and eagerly signs the document without reading it. When she is done Mr Anderson reaches his hand over the desk and they shake hands. He then starts to walk her to the door.

“Now let's get you converted and on display.”

“Convert what? What does that have to do with working with inventory?” Linda asked confused.

Mr Andersson chuckles softly and says. “You misunderstand my dear. You new position is not working with inventory. It is as part of the inventory. The document you signed was a six months lease of a average woman mannequin. And yes that would be you”
