Drug Test
“Please answer the question.”
She clenched her fists.
“Please answer the question.”
She scrunched her bare toes.
“Please answer the question.”
She bit her lip.

Her eyes were already shut, but she squeezed them tighter.
“Please answer the question.”
Thick leather straps squealed softly as she strained against them with wrists and ankles.
“Please answer the question.”
She opened her mouth. Her lips moved soundlessly.
“Please answer the question.”
She began to stammer. At the same time, she shook her head back and forth, fighting down the words as if they were bile.

A whimper arose from her throat. A louder, more wrenching sob followed it.
“Please answer the question.”
With a groan, her head bobbed forward. She swallowed, then spoke.
“Yes,” she said.
“Yes what?”
“Yes...I will,” she said.
“Yes you will what?”
“Yes, I will...obey,” she said.”
“Yes you will obey what?”
“Yes, I will obey...Master,” she said.
“Please answer the question again.”
“Yes, I will obey, Master,” she said.
“Please answer the question again.”
“Yes, I will obey, Master,” she said.
“Please answer the question again.”
“Yes, I will obey, Master,” she said.
“Relax.”
The tension left her with a sigh. Her hands and feet went limp within their restraints. Her eyes opened but drooped with sleepiness.
