(Sorry this took so long! I thought it would be quick because I'd written most of it before the contest, but then when I went to rewrite it for the contest I wound up rewriting it to add story elements. Then it was way too long, so I had to cut things out. Then the story didn't flow so I had to write it again... You get the idea. This is why it can take me a while, even for a short story... But it's finally here! And I hope those waiting for the next part of the Lolligag Island story, I hope this helps you understand.)
