The sorceress Rimaya woke up during the morning in the INN. Her head was still asleep and her toy still throbbing hard inside of her. She felt weak, like if someone drained most of her blood. She had no idea why was that happening to her, mostly because her brain on shoulders was still sleeping, and her redistributed fraction of a brain hidden all over her body was not that bright. To wake up her head, she first tapped with her finger on the head. This did not work. So she tried to pinch the face on the cheek. This did not work either, so she ignored it, teleported her toy back to her pocket dimension, stood up and was on her way to prepare herself to go on the journey to the nearest other sorcerer. The nearest other sorcerer was actually not a sorcerer, but two sorcerers. The wind sorceress Valindra and ice sorcerer Lamuril that are buried in a tomb on the nearest mountain. This track would take up to days of walking, trough deep forest. Rimaya wanted to go, but she felt too tired to do so, like if someone literally drank all of her energy. As she was walking around the room, she fell from exhaustion and hit her head over the beds edge. She has been dizzy this whole time, but when she realized that this punch did not woke her head up, nor even made her feel anything. This was too fishy even for her. She pulled out Ulluvys’s blade that she stole from him, and cut his head of from her. Once the head was separated, she looked with her necklace at him, and saw that he was completely numb. She also saw her breasts being saggy and empty of her mana. This was terrible. Only now she realised that his normal mortal magicless head was draining her powers while she was sleeping.

She did not know that, but the reason why was his head draining so much of it was because of brain. Other human parts can be sustained, but not brain because of how taxing it is to keep it alive, which is one of the reasons why only few undead are not mindless husks. She was now in a problematic situation where she needed to eat some food to restore her power but try to do it without head. All she came up with was to put on the head, cover her saggy chest with bedsheets, and buy some food downstairs that does not need to be chewed. She got downstairs with her upper half completely covered, and then she wrote into her own skin her order. The owner was creeped out from it, but he still delivered her a large wheat porridge. The porridge was not that great, but she still filled herself with it, and in few minutes gained all of her powers back. She paid for it some tomb treasure and got onto her journey to find the sorceress. On her way she realized Ulluvys head was still weakened and did not focus. The head only drained her powers, so she hid it away in her dimension once she was far away from the village and got onwards without any head on her shoulders. It was relaxing for her to not wear a head that only drained her energy. She knew that she needed a head that she could control and had no brain to consume the enormous amount of magic blood from her, or a head that does not need her special blood to function.

As she was going towards the mountain, the sky was getting darker and darker. The night wind was sweeping over her body as she was continuing in her stride towards the mountain. The air was getting colder and the forest was only getting darker and darker. Her situation was looking very bleak. She pulled out her spare head to look around, and to her delight she saw a orange light. “It must be some residence” she thought. As she was running towards the light, she noticed that it was coming from a tree trunk. Upon closer inspection it turned out to be a door build into a tree. The trunk was pretty wide, but not wide enough to have anything outside of a outhouse there. The door was beautifully decorated with wooden carvings and glass window. The urge to open the door overwhelmed Rimaya after few seconds. Inside there was a shop, a very fancy shop. The door quickly slammed behind her as she realised that the door was a simple portal into the shop. The doors were now locked and Rimaya had no other choice then to look around and prepare what to say to the owner so that she can leave. The shop had Christmas wine to itself. The wood decoration and the holiday food that was sold there. The store was completely empty of life until Rimaya stepped on a string that rang a tiny bell. From the back of the room came a lady in a fancy expensive dress that for some reason had her hair made out of gingerbread. “Welcome to my shop, you seem to be needing something from me, since the door of my shop only reveal to those that need it or want it. So, what it is that you desire?” asked the gingerbread lady. “Ehh, I don’t know. But I still am curious about your hair, what is going on?” asked Rimaya. “Oh it’s just a Christmas decoration, the hollydays will soon be here and I want to be prepared ahead, even if it is too ahead.” She answered. “But let’s see what you might need, hmmm. Aha! I got it, but it is a secret service” she continued, “The thing that you are wearing, that is not your head. Isn’t it?”. “No it is not” answered the sorceress. “And are you happy with it?” asked the shopkeeper. Rimaya answered yes, but then her body made negative poses. It was visible that the body and the head don’t share the same mind, nor even goals and opinions. The shopkeeper gained energy out of nowhere and placed her hands on the sides of her head. After that, she pulled her head off with crunching sound. Only now did Rimaya saw that her entire head was made of sugar, even her smooth face is made of candy, but not her hands. Her neck stump was glowing, and her head went numb with an empty stare into the void. The body then pulled a lever under the table and the entire shop just swapped most of its items for different ones, which included skulls, large crystals, crystal balls, necklaces and sleeping heads. The shopkeeper then proceeded to put on her stump one of the necklaces and with the flick of the fingers, a ghost head appeared on the place of where her head should be. The ghost then said: “Ok, this is my real shop, I hope you are interested in buying some of my stuff, those are all head replacements, just so you know.”. To that answer Rimaya’s head answered with question “Who is buying all those head replacements? How can you make a living selling this kind of goods?”.

The shopkeeper then started with the explanation:

“Well, it is consequence of numerous events that have happened while you were asleep. Since there was a purge happening towards sorcerers, the people started to then see magic an only the discipline of the highly educated, because the only magicians left were true wizards and witches that gain magical abilities trough study. The forces and intelligence of other higher dimensions were also interested in the vacuum of dumb casters that could be manipulated with, so they setup certain target locations where some dark entities were easy to summon. This all was to serve one porpoise, and that was to encourage eldritch offerings for exchange of magical powers to folk of not so high intelligence. Instead of studious mind, the dark entities require sexy figures, because the magical powers and mana was being transferred trough sex with the entities. Most of the magical powers and mana was therefore stored in the stomach and hips of those sexy cultists. These practices became so common in these parts that the populous had to do something about these rouge manipulated witches. All that the common population knew about these magicians came from the educated scholars that gained the power from magical knowledge, and they also knew that those rouge witches had fairly good regenerative abilities and were overall hard to kill. The old practice against them was to put them on a wooden stake and burn them alive, but with the increasing numbers of them this practice became too expensive, so the citizen resorted decapitations. Their idea was that since their magic comes from their knowledge that they won’t be able to regenerate once their head is separated, then the head was burned just like in the old practice since it was not expensive burning heads, and the limb body was disposed by being thrown into the river. The witches knew about this, and with the logistical help from the dark entities they managed to keep this myth going by pretending to be dead execution, and then just swim from the river after being carried by the river current far away from the residence. This practice then opens a whole market of headless whore witches that need something in place of their heads, which includes my collars, empty heads, crystal shards and crystal balls that I can offer you now.”

“Oh, look behind you, here comes my new customer”
