I wasn’t aware of this gym’s policy before. I chose the most expensive package, as I thought i’d need a personal trainer with my ageing body.

They offered something called “Relax mate, we got this!”

I chose that & boom, I was my own PT. Looks like she’ll perform sets for me. I just need to be available to support her in my body when she does failure sets.
