I walked into the Zumba class just for fun, thinking I’d hide in the back and barely move—but the universe clearly had other plans. The moment the music thumped through the studio, something strange shimmered between me and this tattooed woman dancing like she owned the whole room. Before I could even catch my breath, a flash of light snapped—my vision blurred—and when it cleared, I was staring at my own body across the room… except she was inside it, laughing like she’d just won a lottery.
Meanwhile, I felt the weight of her curves, her tattoos wrapping my skin, my hair tied up high, glasses sliding down my new nose as my chest bounced with every shocked breath. She winked at me—at my body—and jumped right back into the routine with perfect hip rolls, while I struggled to adjust to how everything on me suddenly moved… a lot. The music kept going, and so did she… in my body. And I stood there in hers, realizing I didn’t just join Zumba for fun—apparently, this woman did too, except she took “fun” a lot more literally… by taking my body with her.
