This is one of the H'gorah, a race of peaceful, spiritual reptiles that call the Arboc Zone home. Their technology is entirely based in nature and they have a deep reverence for it. Before, they wandered the universe, looking for a home and had four tests to see if anywhere they came across were worthy. It wasn't until the Arboc Zone when they found their home.
